Went fine, simple job.

He set the appointment with me, confirmed the date, called when held in traffic and still arrived within reasonable time of appointment.  Owner explained process, offered options, considerate of my time and resources.  He searched for best options and recommended solutions for fixtures and appliances to prevent future plumbing problems, agreeable with my comfort.  Personable and polite, honest; equally sensible and pleasant assistant.

He was nice and came right away.  We didn't use him for our service needs because his price was three times more than the other person we used.

The company was prompt in responding and professional but said that they wouldn't be able to help me with what I needed to have done. I have no complaints but was unable to use them for service

Great service - on time - quality work - knowledgeable and honest plumber

American Eagle Plumbing provided us with exceptional service at reasonable prices.  We have a property in Fridley which was built in the 1960s.  The original copper pipes began to develop pinhole leaks.  After several rounds of repairing the pipes,
we decided to replace all of the water lines and to find a new plumber who could handle the job.  We contacted American Eagle Plumbing and had them out twice (once at the end of October to replace all of the lines on one side of the basement and once in mid-November to replace pipes on the other side of the basement).
The gentlemen from American Eagle Plumbing were professional, courteous, punctual, qualified, and overall nice guys.   They provided quality work at a price which was lower than what other companies would have charged.  When we had them out in October, we also had a handyman at the property at the same time to remove some sheetrock in order to provide access to the pipes.  The handyman, who was not very professional, left a huge mess when he took down the sheetrock.  Fortunately for us, the courteous professionals from American Eagle Plumbing went completely above and beyond their call of duty by cleaning up the mess left by the handyman. 
As they replaced the water lines, American Eagle Plumbing made it easier to make repairs in the future, if necessary (given the
exceptional job they did, I don?t expect a need for any repairs for quite some time).  They cleaned up the lines, reducing the number of twists and turns, created a loop to conveniently hook up a water softener, and moved the water shut-off valves for the outside spigots to a much more convenient location (the shut-off valves previously had to be accessed through two separate panels in the ceiling on opposite ends of the basement...American Eagle moved them to a much more convenient and accessible location in the utility room). 
When we had them back out in November to replace the water lines on the other side of the basement, they once again provided exceptional service at reasonable rates.  They left the area as clean as they found it, and accommodated my request to replace a section of pipe which was in a particularly difficult area to access.  To top it off, they did not charge me anything extra for removing two small sections of wall/sheetrock, which was needed to access the area.
I am very happy with the services American Eagle Plumbing provided and I highly recommend them to others!

I had an issue with the water in the toilet bowl not filling up all the way. The fill valve was newly replaced so I thought maybe the issue was with the flush valve (the location of the overflow tube). The flush valve was old and designed in a way that didn't allow me to see whether water was going in properly from the fill valve. I had purchased a "$15 for a Plumbing Service Call, with Credit Toward Repairs" deal from American Eagle Plumbing. When I called to inquire, the owner quoted me about $105 (with the $60 credit as part of the purchased deal) to replace a toilet flush valve and even gave me a tip for how I might fix the issue myself before having him come over. When the simple fix didn't work, I called again. He asked me more about my toilet and said that mine was an older toilet (the town home was built 1992) and recommended that I save myself some money by replacing the whole toilet rather than replacing a part which might not solve the problem. He said it would be $400-450 to replace the entire toilet (whatever Angie's deal he had at the time). I asked him again how much it would be if I just wanted to replace the flush valve. This time he quoted me $200-something to replace all the stuff inside the tank. I clarified that I would only need the flush valve replaced because the fill valve was new. He said it would still be the $200-something price. I mentioned that he had quoted $100-something earlier and he replied with a brief "nope." It's possible that there was some kind of miscommunication, but at that point, my trust level had gone way down and I no longer wanted him to fix anything for me. I would say to homeowners considering hiring him, look at his overall reviews to make a determination. There's a chance there was miscommunication, but I just personally no longer felt comfortable. I am requesting a refund for the purchased deal. By the way, I did end up replacing the flush valve. I looked on you tube and learned how to do it myself. The solution fortunately ended up working.

They were done within 15 minutes. Fast, professional, quick, no complaints.

We were unable to figure out how to replace the cartridge for our bathtub faucet, the plumber who came was able to figure it out fairly quickly. I was very happy with this as our faucet was dripping and the faucet's lever would not stop in the off position.
The bathroom toilet was also leaking if you leaned back and the tank was loose. I recently purchased the home and the plumber found that the previous work done on the toilet was partially the issue and the toilet needed to be replaced entirely as it would no longer work correctly. It was not an expense that I was expecting, but he was able to give me a good price on a similar new toilet.
I was impressed by the companies service and professionalism and I would hire them again if needed.

Jon called 30 minutes before his arrival. He started working right way when he arrived. He demonstrated his professionalism, experience, efficiency, and strong skills. When he finished his job, he made sure the repair was fully tested and the area was clean. I am very pleased with his work! I will definitely give him a call again if there is any plumbing need.

After talking to my sister about our projects, she referred me to Jon for our first project which was a bathroom in an unfinished basement - which required jack hammering the floor to tie into the main sewer line. After a shoty contractor broke that line, Jon was able to quickly and reasonably repair it so we could continue to function in our home! He did such a great job that my husband and I have continued to use Jon for several projects. We have used Jon's services for everything from the completely brand new bathroom in the basement to small fixes like water leaks, a new gas line, a fridge water line and there's more work lined up! All of these experiences have been so fantastic we continue to use Jon for ALL of our plumbing needs! He's friendly, fast, takes the time to come up with solutions to problems others shy away from - all great attributes to have in a great plumber. Thanks Jon! We will continue to use your services for years to come!

Jon was really great to work with because he likes to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. So we spoke a great deal on the phone prior to him doing the work. He had previously been out to our home to repair our water heater and at that time also provided some good information at that time in regards to that project.
When it came time for the rough in/city inspections, Jon showed up to walk through the work with the city inspector to ensure things were done well. It was unexpected but totally appreciated.
There was even some cheaper plastic pipes that were used in our home and Jon just switched them out to better quality copper pipes and charged us appropriately for the materials. I really liked that initiatve because honestly if you have the knowledgeable person there to make an important change for a minimal price ~ wouldn't you want them to say or do something?
