"Thanks for contacting us through Angie's List. I was very concerned that you were not satisfied with service we performed some years back. I tried to pull some records to determine the specifics of the work performed. I was able to pull information on a service order from 02/13/2010. The work order stated the dispenser on a GE refrigerator was not dispensing water. Upon inspection of the refrigerator, our technician believed the water fountain fill tube had froze up inside the freezer door. This would completely restrict the water coming in through the water valve in back to travel up the inside of the freezer door and through the external water dispenser on front of the freezer door. The water line for the water dispenser is installed inside the freezer door. The inside of the door is then injected with an expanding urethane foam insulation. The water line can not be pulled out or replaced because the inside of freezer door is sealed with that urethane foam insulation. I don't know if door replacement was discussed, but the technician shows only the minimum service call of $49.95 + sales tax was charged. I do not want an unsatisfied customer and sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused. Please contact me and give me an opportunity to resolve this issue. Thanks,Larry Sexton"
