Steve is very personable, and he listens to your concerns. He explains what he is doing and is efficient in his work. I had to have my ceiling repaired, the sheetrock came down, and insulation fell to the ground. He shuffled his schedule to get me in as an emergency.

A surprising and most welcome outcome, as opposed to other home improvement experiences. Steve is more than competent, and also a bit meticulous about his work. His rates are fair, and he sticks by his estimates. He is also punctual, and works in a timely manner, always cleaning the work area as he goes and especially as he finishes. Extremely friendly and easy to get along with, all the while remaining professional and focused on the job at hand . He is very knowledgeable in just about all aspects of construction, and I would recommend hiring him in a heartbeat. We did, and will be doing so again.

Mr. Kimball was very professional, he did a great job on my attic ladder install. Mr. Kimball stated it will take him 3 hrs to complete and he was dead on the spot. He completed the job by himself, when a lot of other contractors told me it was a 2 man job. The attic ladder looks great and he cleaned up everything when he was done. I highly recommend Mr. Kimball for your contractor jobs around your home. I will be hiring him. Thanks Mr. Kimball

Steve did a great job on my fence project. He came and did an assessment and gave me a bid in a few days. After talking to some other contractors I decided that I liked his experience in doing what I needed to do and chose him to do the job. He came and did a terrific job and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. I'm convinced that he will do a great job on anything that he says he can do. He's a conscientious super nice guy and I hope to have him do other jobs in the future

Steve is a professional! He came to our home and gave us a detailed estimate on two projects we were considering. He communicated well while we were making the hiring decision. He scheduled the appointment, was punctual and did not need to change anything. He did an awesome job of matching texturing on the walls and keeping everything clean as he worked. We did both projects - wall board repair and stair attic replacement in garage. We have a list of other projects and will Definitely hire him to do our next jobs. Steve first fixed kitchen drawers that were falling apart. He did an excellent job. Based on that, I hired him to rehab two bathrooms including new tile, vanities, drywall repairs, plumbing and painting. I live out of town and we worked on the project via phone, photos and videos. I am really pleased with Steve's work and will definitely use him again.
