ADVANCED AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE

They came in and diagnosed the problem. They replaced the thermostat with a new one. They come out anytime that I need them, usually within the day. They adjust to our schedules. We tell them when we will be home, and when we won't. They are always courteous when they come out. They are straight forward in terms of what they are going to do, and what the cost will be. Their prices are reasonable compared to other companies.

Called for service in the a.m.- technician arrived same day. Took his time checking out the thermostat and unit. Worked in the attic the majority of time and the heat was sweltering. Returned promptly next morning and work a couple of more hours to fix the problem. Courteous, professional and certainly did not overcharge for the amount of time he worked in that attic both days. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

We like Advanced Air Conditioning because they are fair. We have used them twice till now. They don?t try to push anything on us. They are fine and always professional. While they did the work, they were pretty responsive.

Anyway, after another service company misdiagnosed the problem, I called Advanced AC, my first choice, and Bob came out and figured out the problem in about 30 seconds (luckly a capacitor). Since it was so quick, Bob checked-out the other two units while he was here. Both Tom and Bob are great, low key, and don't waste you money. Sadly I forgot my Angie's List coupon (again).

The visit was cordial, professional, and efficient.

First visited the house in Nov. and gave us an estimate. Gave us a bid of $1550 initally and allowed us to lock in a winter price. The actual cost came in at $1366.00. Tom and Bob were on time, non-intrusive and very professional.

It went great. His price was a little more than desired but, the quality of the work was definitely worth it. They 're very professional and confident with the work that they do.

Called Friday night because no cool air. Carol answered phone promptly and courteously and advised that the technician will call on Saturday morning. Tom called at 8am and advised he would be by before noon. Tom showed up at 9am and replaced freon and checked for leaks. Tom was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Spent $136.00 for 2 lbs of freon and labor. Thought this was reasonable for a Saturday morning call (or maybe not). All in all, I'll definitely call them again for preventive maintenance and repair work.

They came out the same day I called. It was in June, I was going to have a party at my house. He came out and diagnosed the situation. He had the needed part on his truck and replaced it right then on the spot. He was very courteous and professional.

Three days after we moved into our new house -- at the beginning of hot July -- the central AC stopped working. A different AC company (with a C rating on Angie's List) sent by our Home Warranty company told us the AC motor was burned out (dead) and the unit was extremely dirty, and recommended replacing the motor for $600 or replacing the entire thing for $2600. (And of course, our Home Warranty would not cover it!) We wanted a second opinion, so we checked Angie's List and called Advanced Air. Bob came out the same day. He assessed that the motor was not burned out, it was only loose in its bracket. He disassembled the unit, took the dirty parts outside and cleaned them. He reinstalled the motor and put everything back together. We have been using the AC ever since and it works wonderfully. I greatly appreciate Advanced Air's prompt service and honesty. We were in a desperate situation, in a 90 degree house with a young child, and he could have tried to sell us a completely new AC for 10 times the price it cost to just fix this one. Highly recommended.

They were very professional and on time. They would always call back. They did everything they advertised.

I first checked Angie's list and selected the company based on its awards, the number of people reporting, and the proximity to my house. Although it was well after hours when I called, I left a message on the answering machine. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call at 8:01 the next morning. After a little negotiating to coordinate schedules, the serviceman was able to visit that same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. Then he repaired the problem, and the system has been working better than it has in years. Initially, I thought the cost may have been a little pricey -- until I learned that $90 of the cost went to topping off the freon, which is a high-cost item. It is also noteworthy that the serviceman, Tom, was exceptionally polite and helpful. As requested, Tom also provided a very reasonable estimate to purchase a new furnace and A/C system. Due to this interaction, I will very seriously consider using his company when I purchase the new system.

Tom came out right away. Found problem missed by 2 different service personal from major company. Main drain line was not clogged, fixed problem and explained installation (from major company) had some errors that caused problem. Will definitely use Advanced a/c again, will not re-up with major company service program again.

Tom and Bob are fast, professional and polite. They are a quality team. If you want cheap don't call, they are the best of the best.

I had this Co. out once before and was impressed with their promptness, efficiency, and economy. I called for a repeat visit and got a repeat performance. They checked the system and found a bad part. They replaced the part and left. They could have "found" much more to fix, but they were inclined to honesty. The entire bill was $133. I would certainly recommend them to any friend.

Our A/C just stopped working in August! After receiving a bid from another company for replacing the A/C unit (they said it was beyond repair), we called Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating. Spoke to Carol who was extremely nice, she suggested a couple of things to do to be sure we needed them to come out and when they did not work, they came out, did some trouble shooting and solved the problem.

The A/C stopped cooling. I called and spoke with Carol. She was very responsive and nice. They sent a repairman out. He arrived right on schedule. He diagonised the problem that the compressor had failed and could not be repaired. He provided a very fair replacement cost and spent several minutes with us making sure we understood our options and various pricing. He said we could think about it and just give them a call if we wanted to use them. We did not use them this time to replace the unit due to getting a lower bid by another company. However, we were very impressed with this company and would recommend them.

Advanced Air is great! I really really appreciate their honesty and ethical approach. Also, they were willing and able to call 15 minutes before they were to arrive, so that we were able to meet them at the house without having to be there for a four hour window (the office is only five minutes away).

The work was done extremely well. The primary drain line had been clogged all summer long. Previous a/c service had not been able to successfully unclog. Advanced Air Conditioning came in and corrected a problem with water exiting the open air pipe, blew out the line and checked a "T" joint for glue that had formed a blockage. The serviceman was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Advanced Air Conditioning will be the first company I call in the future for service to my unit.

He was very, very thorough and I am buying my new AC system from him. I was very impressed by how professional and courteous he was. I highly recommend this company and he gave me a 5% senior discount when I asked. He did the work for $80 that another company charged me over $500 for.

They had it all done very quickly. They replaced a part on my air conditioning unit. I was more than happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone to use.

The work performed was excellent. They initially came to the house, diagnosed the problem and returned on another day as promised to complete the job.

I have only good things to say about this contractor. I've used them in the past and their quality of work is excellent. The servicemen were knowledgeable and friendly. They were also courteous and didn't leave a mess.

A/C had shut off & would not come on Tues night. I called Advanced Wed am but they were already booked for the day, but set appointment at between 1pm and 3pm on Wed. Bob, technician showed up at 1:45pm Wed and within five minutes diagnosed and isolated the problem to a fried transformer. He got one from the truck and replaced it...he also checked the continuity of the thermostat wiring and found no shorts...also topped off the system with 1# of Freon. Great job and it took him only about 30 minutes....will use Advanced again and again.
