Never successful in getting an installation crew to come out and perform the job they said they were willing to do.

I didn't go with them for the work. They never returned a phone call or anything so I didn't reach out to them again. They were quick to do the estimate and like I told them to give me some time to think about it but they never contacted me again. Their price was pretty high.

It wasn't so great. They cleaned the carpet and it's not like they didn't try but it didn't get that clean.

Everything went well. They showed up on time, cleaned and revealed the grout, and we were very pleased.

Overall a very good experience with Humble Carpet and Tile. I had just purchased a home and the existing carpet was a complete wreck. Initially I had found a carpet sample that I liked at Home Depot and figured I would probably use them just for sake of simplicity since I was in a bit of a jam for time and assumed they would have the best price anyways.
Well I decided to stop in and see what these guys could do for me. The salesman (Dave I believe it was) quickly and very courteously found a carpet sample very close to what I was considering from HD. Dave's price completely smoked HD's  and Robert's Carpets ( by the way, where the salesman there GUARANTEED me that I would not find a better price anywhere else!)
So I placed my order with Humble Carpet and Tile but they told me upfront that it would take several days to get it from the warehouse and they were aware of my need for expediency. Unfortunately it was late when I made my purchase - right before close - and they were unable to reach the factory in time to insure that my carpet got out as soon as possible. But they made sure to call them first thing in the morning and get my carpet ordered. Being towards the middle of the week they weren't entirely sure if my carpet would make it in by Saturday, but it did, they picked it up from the depot downtown and had a crew installing it that afternoon. They were done by early evening. I was highly impressed.
My only complaint, and really this is just me being nit picky I suppose, but right away I did notice a few loose strands of carpet here and there. Figured they would vacuum up, but they didn't. Again, it's nothing horrendous, I just tend to have an eye for minute detail and to be completely fair the carpet I bought isn't exactly high dollar either. Even a year later now the carpet has been holding up quite well.
I am very pleased with my carpet purchase and will be considering them for replacing my counter tops with granite in the near future.

The guys at Humble Carpet and Tile did an excellent job installing my hard wood floors and carpet. This was a last minute call since the previous installer came out with the wrong hard wood.  I needed to have the hard wood and carpet installed before the movers came and Humble Carpet and Tile delivered!

We had a good experience with them and we didn’t have any issues with them.  We thought the price was reasonable and that’s why we did it.  Since it was reasonable, we got the tile that we wanted.

Even though my home is in Friendswood and their store is in Humble, I visited the showroom at the recommendation of a family member.   I was certain that they would not be interested in a job in Friendswood, but they were.
The entire experience was wonderful.   Bob Blue was my sales representative.   He took ownership of the entire process, order and installation, and kept me informed.   Everyone I talked with at Humble Carpet and Tile was responsive, knowledgeable and professional.  Having had some unpleasant experiences with 'sub-contractors' I was concerned about that part of the process.   I was assured that the company sent by Humble Carpets to install the flooring was well tested and Humble Carpet would stand behind them 100%
Dependable Floors exceeded my expectations.    Under the leadership of John Smith, Owner, the chaos of having carpets removed, furniture removed and hammers everywhere, the crew was fantastic.   I will be writing an individual review on Dependable Floors but the men were courteousness, knowledgeable, and worked as a team.   Each knew what had to be done and did it with great skill. When the job was completed, they moved back the furniture, cleaned up inside and out, and each made sure that everything was in place exactly as I wanted it to be.
The floors look absolutely beautiful.  Thank you Humble Carpet & Tile and Dependable Floors.

We are very pleased with the work that the Humble Carpet & Tile crews did on our recent kitchen renovation.  Brian was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and the flooring and granite crews were very polite, professional, and did quality work.  They showed up when they were scheduled and worked hard until the job was done.  Brian visited frequently during the job to make sure it was meeting our expectations, and made sure all the little finishing details were handled.

Humble Carpet & Tile did a poor job installing the trim. The molding trim looks bad in terms of fit and finish and the vinyl flooring is coming up around the toilet due to a poor moisture seal job. I am very unhappy with the quality of product and workmanship.

Humble Carpet & Tile did a fabulous job in all phases. They had a great selection to choose from and we found exactly what we were looking for. They showed up on time and the workers were pleasant to work with and very respectful of my home. We have not had any problems with the carpet coming up or fraying. I am glad that we used them.

We purchased the house with the carpeting already installed five years ago. It was beginning to bunch up in certain spots. Humble Carpet came over to stretch it and cut the excess off. After the carpet was stretched, we weren't tripping over it anymore. The workers were all polite, prompt and finished the job in two hours.

This company brought several workmen to do the job, so it only lasted one day if that. The quality of work is very high. We can't hear any noise when we walk on it. This is a common problem with newly installed hardwood floors. It was buffed and stained on a later day. Everyone was quiet and no nonsense while they were working. The floor looks great in our living room.

The two rooms that were covered are not very large, but have an odd shape so it was somewhat difficult to do this right. They did do it right though. The carpeting is laid very tight and flush to the walls. The stairway is also laid tight at the corners so the carpet does not slide around when our kids run up and down. The crew was extremely well behaved, clean and completed their task in one morning.

Humble Carpet & Tile had to come out & repair the floor again due to planks separating. The company was supposed to remove the sheet vinyl before installation of plank flooring, but didn't. They did a poor job with the installation of the hardwood floors. I will not use this company ever again.

Humble Carpet & Tile do a great job with hardwood flooring. There was a sale on hardwood floor so we purchased enough flooring to do the living room, dining room, entry and the hallway. We had them do the installation work as well. They are very professional and punctual in everything they have done for us and the floors are picture perfect.
