They are honest and very helpful. They gave me rides home when I didn't have a ride and even came to pick me up and take me back to get my car. They are good people.

Everything went well, I brought my vehicle in (2004 Ford Explorer) and got all of the work done. They brought me home so my wife and I would not have to wait and after the service was completed they called and we came to pick up the vehicle and I have been satisfied with the work performed.

The provider changed my oil, and filter. I suggested for them to put full synthetic oil in my 2004 Ford Explorer. I had questions and they answered all of my questions.

"Thank you for the feedback and we really appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. When the car was towed in you indicated it had a blown hose. We checked your vehicle and found that the hose came off because the part that it attaches to had rotted away from the intake manifold at the top of the engine. The car had been severely overheated and had also been sitting for a number of months. We advised you at that time to NOT repair the vehicle because it was unknown if the overheating condition had caused damage to the engine and we could not properly test the system without first fixing the intake manifold and hose. We discussed with you that there would be additional repairs needed from the very beginning of our conversations. The intake manifold and hose repair was a large repair to begin with. We discouraged you from doing anything to the vehicle because of the condition it was in we didn’t feel the repairs were worth the investment in the car. We avoided any repairs that did not contribute to the vehicle starting and running. The repairs that were recommended at the same time as the intake manifold and are still very important, but were NOT performed due to their being considered non-essential to the car running were upper and lower ball joints and fluid flushes. Again, we advised against repairing this car because there were just too many unknowns with the vehicle, however you and your husband insisted that we go ahead with the repair. Per your instructions we repaired the intake manifold and the hoses, replaced the battery, and got the car up and running. Once the car was running we were able to test the system properly and found two additional leaks from the radiator and the engine timing cover. Those two repairs were not able to be left undone as they were essential to the car being able to be driven. You requested that we repair those leaks so we obliged. There was also a window repair that you had requested in addition to the other repairs. We made recommendations that this vehicle was not worth repairing. We let you know from the beginning that the probability of additional repairs was high. We work very hard to make sure that our customers have all the facts prior to any repair so educated decisions can be made."

I think they did a great job. It is woman owned, and she is there to greet you and talk to you. She is very knowledgeable, professional, I told her what I was willing to spend, and she worked with me on it. I waited for my vehicle for a few hours, but they did a good job. I checked with other companies, and the prices were double that for the alternator at the dealership.

The service for the big deal from Beckwith's Car Care was fine. They were very professional. The people were very friendly. They didn't give me a hard time after buying it. They just made an appointment and basically did what they said. I would definitely go back there. The car is running fine. It was just an oil change, nothing special. They did what they said. There were no unexpected issues. They didn't get back to me, I had to call them to get them to honor the Angie's List big deal.

I scheduled an oil change with bechwith's. Went in for the service. One problem that I had was that I did not get asked as to what type of oil I wanted to use. The mechanic also used semi-synthetic oil in my vehicle with out asking me and charged me around 65.00 dollars. I was unexpected to pay that much for an oil change due to the fact that the vehicle does not call for full or semi-synthectic oil even though it can be used in my vehicle. Also my truck has low miles and does not need that kind of oil at this time. I just with that they would have asked myself what kind of oil I wanted to use before performing the service.

In reviewing your oil change we used the factory recommended oil which is the Motorcraft Semi-Synthetic 5w20. Ford does gives an option to use a standard oil and you should have been made aware of that. We stock a standard petroleum oil in the correct weight that will save you $13.68. If you chose to continue with the standard weight oil we will discount your next visit to make up for the difference. Thank you for the feedback."

I called to have my brakes checked because I was going on vacation. The provider checked my brakes and gave me a honest opinion and did not charge me. The provider said that my brakes were fine and gave me some future maintenance suggestions.

We were greeted in their facility and were escorted in a seating area. Our concerns were recorded and then the car was taken in the shop for oil change.
While the car was being tested, we were dropped off in a nearby mall (in their car) to spend time. We watched a movie and then called their number. Their driver picked us up and took us back.
They had done all the required things and since nothing was replaced and we had purchased their special from Angie's list, they didnt charge us a penny!
Best service, really nice people, and honest work. A bit far from medical center, but will definitely go there again.

I have them do all of our oil changes, and they have always been professional and honest. Their prices are not the cheapest (ie Midas) nor the most expensive (ie Louetta Automotive). They do good quality work. I had a local dealer do a coolant flush on one of our vehicles a year ago and they claimed that our front brakes were worn and needed to be replaced. I then drove over to Beckwith's for an oil change to see if their techs thought the care needed brakes. They said that it was still a little early for them to be replaced and they would check at the next oil change. We were able to make it about a year before the techs thought the brakes should be replaced. I was impressed with their honesty since they very easily could have agreed with the dealer and attempted to sell me on their work. Instead it was their honesty that sold me on their work. I am happy with the work that they performed.
