Hector promptly contacted us. He came out and provided us an estimate for turning on our existing alarm system and installing an additional zone. However, when he was actually installing the system it required additional time and equipment. He was fair in his price and prompt in his service delivery. The Archangel monitoring service was priced significantly less than other alarm service companies in our area. We are recommending Archangel Alarm to our neighbors.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is he was late both days (but did call). Other than that he was very friendly and upfront about costs and how to get things done.
