Description of Work: Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling. The technician was at our house fewer than 2 hours after my call. He knew right away that we needed a new thermostat. He didn't have one with him, but picked one up and had it replaced in under an hour. The technician was professional.

Description of Work: They were able to quickly identify the problem and provide a solution. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was on par with any other appliance repair. I hate to give them a "B", but it took almost a month to get it fixed because their out of state parts warehouse sent the wrong part twice!

Description of Work: Evaluated non-heating gas dryer and indicated the timer switch was defective and gave an estimate to return and replace the timer. We are still considering the estimate or possibly replacing the dryer. Excellent service and almost immediate response!
