The service technician arrived on time. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about his craft. He fixed the leak in our air conditioner and added freon. My only issue with this company is that the service call charge is not applied the repair cost. Instead, it is an additional charge. Most companies usually deduct the service call charge when there is actually a repair done.
