Excellent job! The Youve Got Maids team did such a great job on a deep clean service this past week. First time mom to a newborn, as well as our 4year old fur baby who is a heavy shedder and slobber king (GSD) so you can imagine the hectic chaos that goes on with little time to clean the house. The YGM team came in and worked so hard for 4 hours scrubbing baseboards and wiping down all the doors and windows and both bathrooms as well as doing a great dusting job (not with just a dust fluff but truly dusting) and all I can say is WOW! I am thoroughly impressed. The girls were so sweet and worked so hard they really wanted to do a good job. Their supervisor came by at the end and helped them finish and even pointed out a few spots that I didn’t even notice! I’m telling you the attention to detail and thorough cleaning was exceptional. They did such a great job and for the amount of money it cost it was definitely worth it. I am so happy with the work they did and even more is I have a little less stress going into Christmas about having to clean the house. I would highly recommend YGM team to anyone looking for an outstanding cleaning service at an affordable rate with a friendly staff.

When I arrived at my new townhouse. The place was a mess. My landlord had obviously skimped on the “professional” clean he had done prior to my move in date. So I called You Got Maids of central Houston, I explained that I had movers coming the next day and was in dire need of their help. Moylam and Minerva were wonderful to speak to and very sympathetic to my situation. They were able to send a team that afternoon (and this was a Friday). Four hours later, thanks to Carolina and Elisabeth, my townhouse was fit for a king and was ready for the movers to come. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the results. Would recommend time and time again. Excellent service all around.

very thorough-really liked the team and how well they worked together

These guys are all show and talk and need to work on their cleaning skills. They charge about 30% more than other cleaners in the area. I did find them to be flexible with scheduling and show up on time. I also liked that they brought their own cleaning supplies and more than one person. However, I feel that they know how to make things look clean but not actually how to clean. Because of their "ecofriendly" products, my shower and toilets needed cleaning again after a few days. I also cleaned baseboards and often emptied trashcans that they missed. They are great at folding your towels in a cute way and putting stickers on your toilet paper. Just not great at getting it super clean. They never stayed more than 2hrs at my home. When I asked them to use bleach in my bathroom they said it was too far to drive to my house and wanted to charge me $15 more a service. There are better services.

The workers arrived early and got to work. I had requested a deep cleaning service. They completed the job a bit early. Everything was as promised. I will be happy to hire them again.

I love to come home to a clean house, and the ladies at "you've got maids" actually take their time to do it; they do not rush, they do not cut corners, they just deliver what they promise. Prices are in line, if not lower, to those offered by other services, but what sets them apart - besides the fact that they actually do clean - is their attentiveness and courtesy. I might be a little picky but I appreciate the fact that they treat my house as if it were theirs. I just cannot say enough good things about them and after trying so many services around town, I am glad I finally found one worth keeping. Definitely a 5 star service!

We used the firm for a deep cleaning, which we had previously reviewed as excellent. Because of that performance, we decided to use their regular house cleaning services. This is our second time with the scheduled house cleaning and again we were impressed at the wonderful work that was done.

Amazing! Took my family on vacation and hired You Got Maids to do a deep clean in our home as a surprise for my wife when we returned. When we arrived and enter our home my wife right away noticed how clean everything was. She went around looking at everything. My wife was so surprised and very great full for the surprise and we are completely happy with the service You Got Maids provides. Thank you You Got Maids!

Cleaning was very thorough and professional

We had not thoroughly cleaned the house for several years. In addition, we had major repairs done. The ladies came and cleaned the house even better than I would have done in a normal spring cleaning. We were so impressed, we are definitely going to use them on a recurring basis. The house sparkled, smelled very pleasant, and the ladies were extremely efficient and careful.

The cleaners did a great job! We moved into a home that needed a deep clean on appliances, blinds, and a bathroom. We felt like the home finally became ours once it was cleaned. The ladies were very nice, and walked the house with me to make sure they knew what needed the most attention. We had 3 cleaners for about 2 hours.

The ladies literally cleaned from top to bottom my home. Cathedral ceiling was devoid of little webs and dust bunnies. Ceiling fans done. The kitchen was immaculate. I am so happy with the Red Teams's work from You've Got Maids.

Great service! Both crews that I have seen have been really nice and do a great job throughout the house in about 2 hours.

EVERYTHING was cleaned beautifully from their first visit. My oven and blinds had not been as clean since they were new. The owners are great to work with and care for their staff. I feel like they are part of the family. Our home is 2650 square feet.

Raul personally met me at my clients home so he could understand the cleaning process of specialty tiles and wood floors. He sent an amazing team who worked hard and did an outstanding job. i will never use another cleaning service again for my clients.

YGM did a FANTASTIC job. I hired them and they came on 10/1/2018 and I was very satisfied with the job they have done. Everything was cleaned exactly to my liking. Will continue using them.
