Very professional and courteous in setting up appointment.  The people doing the cleaning were professional courteous and concerned about what I wanted done and quality of the job.  All went very well.

They showed up on time.  Began work immediately and worked until the work was completed.  They were very careful when coming inside, took shoes off...  Very friendly guys.  Answered all my questions.

I have been using them for about 5 years. They have always done a very good job. They always come out within the week I call them. They can do Saturday mornings which is great for those working during the week. They have also cleaned my gutters before.

There was an appointment set up and the were on-time.  They cleaned up well after themselves.  Their professionalism over other Service Providers that I looked into is what prompted me to do business with them along with the fact that they were the only Service Provider to get their bid in on-time.

They gave us an estimate, they came out, they did the job and did a good  job. The price was also good. They cleaned about 20 to 25 windows. I wasn't home when they came out, but they came and did it, and I was happy with the work.

I had called for an estimate. The individual came out and gave a written estimate informing me of the process and cost. He was very polite, on time, and professional. I accepted the estimate but because of my schedule, I couldn't start for about two weeks from the time of the estimate. The workers actually arrived about five minutes early, introduced themselves and went through the house to see exactly what I wanted done. They went straight to work and completed the task within the timeframe I had been given.They were neat, polite, friendly, and professional. They checked with me before they left to see if things were satisfactory. I was pleased with everything.

The work:  The windows were very dirty and crew was inconsistent in cleaning them -  streaks and areas that still needed a good scrub. They missed one window completely. I asked them to return to take another look. They did, but were not willing to scrape remaining paint, offered several excuses and completed the job as C quality work.  For the price, I expected A service and did not receive it. 
Schedule: The  crew arrived 2 hours later than planned and rushed through the job at the end of the day. The salesman said it would take 2 hours at least, and they were at the house less than 1 hour.

Window Genie showed up right on time.  They did an excellent job including taking care of a couple of special requests.  We have used them several times in the past and will continue so in the future.

Mike and Chris arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Mike worked inside, being very careful to move furniture and drapes as needed. Chris worked outside, cleaning solar screens first and then removing them to dry before moving on to scrubbing windows sparkling clean. Their filtration system works!! Our windows have never looked this good. Chris and Mike were so polite and just a pleasure to have in our home. We will be repeat customers. Thanks Ernie.

They're very professional and they did a wonderful job. For all the windows they cleaned in our house it was a wonderful value.They're one of the best service providers I have had to our house. I don't have a negative thing to say about them.

They did an excellent job of cleaning inside and out. Though there was a miscommunication between staff of the time arrival to do the job, but the cleaning technician did apologize for the miscommunication between them resulting in him showing up late.
However, they did an excellent job and the detail attention they paid for each window, i have no complaint, they even clean the screen, it was part of the window cleaning price. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Window Genie.

Perfectly. I had no trouble setting up an appointment.  Ron and Nathan arrived right on time, finished the job safely and  promptly, and explained to me that there was one area where the windows might not get prefectly clean due to scale from the swimming pool.  I feel that the price was appropriate but I did not conduct an extensive bidding so I did not rate the price category on Angie's list.

Since the windows face directly west (about 7 hours full sun) with no shade producing trees or other objects, the heat and glare necessitated putting room darkening draperies and shades on those windows.  This was not a good solution since, albeit they reduced the glare and, to some extent, the heat, it made us feel like we were in a cave.
The product used by Mr. Williams (the owner) I knew to be of the best grade since I had done my research. While the film has one of the highest UV, heat, and glare blocking ratings, it is virtually invisible both inside and out, night or day.  The work was very neat, the premises left as clean as before (actually cleaner!), the installer was highly professional, informative, and his work was done timely and with precision.  He was also most friendly, polite, and explained each step of the process, as well as the "after-care" (of which there really is none, except being careful during the final "curing" period (about two weeks).
The estimate was exact, without any "add-ons" or additional charges.
I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and cordiality of the people involved, to say nothing of the final product which is outstanding.
This was my first experience with Angie's List.  In the future, no project will commence without consulting Angie's List first.

We've used Window Genie for pressure washing and window clearning for a number of years.  The experience is always good from the initial phone call to schedule through to their arrival on or slightly ahead of the scheduled time and to the finished product.  We occasionally have a very difficult stain to remove from our stucco and this last week was one of those times.  We did a full house pressure wash and then they had to do a manual scrub to remove a stubborn rust stain.  The results were excellent and we not only recommend them but will have them back to wash all the windows in a few months!

Very well.  The guys were very polite, accomodating and hard working.  Excellent job.

The service went very well.  The 2-man crew arrived early, counted the windows and confirmed the price.  It took them about 2 - 2.5 hours to complete the job.  They were very courteous and thorough.  They removed all screens and wiped them down before replacing them.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

W. G. is a small, privately owned company and I believe is deserving of special recognition for their professionalism.

Great. Making the appointment was easy. Courteous service. they were able to offer an appointment that fit my schedule. The only window cleaning service I will use.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do.  I will definitely have them again.

They were very courteous and the widows were fairly clean, but they did not check the gutters and had to come back after a storm and do them again.  The gutter in the front was flowing for a short time after they came back out.   After last big rain the gutter is still not flowing water at the bottom. 

Update:  I guess a company can not fix a problem if they don't know about it.  After reading my review we got a call that they would like to come out and look at the gutters again.  They inspected the gutter again and informed us that it is not blocked as we thought.  It is still coming over the side for some reason.  We will have to get a gutter company out to look at it.
