If i could rate this company less than 1 star, i absolutely would. It took 3 days to get ahold of this company after they performed a HORRIBLE service on our home & we were overcharged for the service. When we got ahold of someone finally to get refunded the overcharge, he was incredibly difficult and rude, would not listen to us and only wanted to argue instead of just refunded us the difference we were overcharged. He did not know a single thing about customer service, and was incredibly immature. He went on to tell me I was mean and that he had cancer so he didn't know why I was rude to him?? Anyways... don't use this company it's a total joke!

The worst job imaginable. Not only did the carpet cleaner not remove his muddy shoes but he did not take time to clean the tires on the carpet cleaner. There were tire tracks up the stairs and leading into the room. The stain that we had hoped to have removed was darkened and turned a deep brown. Additionally, he snagged the carpet on something and pulled a row of carpet out leaving a gaping hole in our carpet. When I asked him what happened, he blamed the cat (whom is declawed and not allowed in the room). I asked to have a follow up meeting which they scheduled for 3:30 the following day. The missed the meeting that they scheduled without notifying me. Additionally when I did get a hold of the manager (one week later), he laughed at my frustration and said "take this to court, the judge will laugh at you like I am laughing at you right now". Save your carpet and hire a neighborhood kid to do the job, no doubt that they will do better.

The appointment was for between 1 and 3. The technition called at 2:07, saying would be here in 20-30 minutes. At 4 had still not arrived, no communication, to say what the delay was. I called dispatch, Said he was on his way would be here in a few minutes. The guy at dispatch was rather rude, interrupted me when I tried to speak. I cancelled, will find a dependable cleaning service.

BADLY, They cleaned that a chair ok, but they got water all over my wood lamient Floor we had to mope up the water, they also sprayed water all over a part of a solid pecan coffee table. the equipment was leaking water all over the floor. No, drop cloth to cover our other furniture. WE had to go in behind him to keep moping up the water, and cleaning solution. We had him stop cleaning after the first chair which he did get clean. but the charges were not reduced, WE also had to pay up front on a credit card the $146.00, he never came back reduced bill and we did not get receipt. So we called the credit card company an disputed the charges.

I contacted this company on a Monday and set up services for Wednesday at 3:00PM.  They gave me an estimate of $229.00.  Their web-site indicates that their service includes, "Disinfecting, Deodorizing, Defoaming, Color Brightener, Grooming, Prespraying, Prespotting, Moving Small Furniture, Hydrojet Steam Cleaning, FREE Ottoman or Hallway."  
I was contacted on the day of service at 2:22PM to be advised that they would be there at approximately 4:30PM because they were running behind.  My wife had already left work to meet the cleaners so their call didn't help.  The individual who called asked what credit card I was paying with.  I told him I would pay by check, as I didn't have a good feeling giving him my credit card number at that point.
At 4:55PM they still had not arrived, so I called to check.  I stayed on hold for a few minutes, and then left a voicemail.  At 5:31PM I was contacted by the cleaner on his cell phone.  He advised that he would be there in 30-45 minutes.  At 6:15PM I still hadn't seen him and decided that 7:00PM we would leave to go eat.  At 6:57PM he called, advising that he couldn't find our house.  I told him to put the address into Google Maps and it would take him to our doorstep.  I then spent 28 minutes on the phone with him directing him to our house with a great deal of difficulty (he was only 2-3 miles away when he called).  Several times while directing him to our house he took wrong turns.  I know that carpet cleaning is not terribly complicated, however I was beginning to suspect that if he couldn't follow the simple directions I gave him that his carpet cleaning would be less than stellar.  He wanted me to drive around and find him so that he could follow me to my house.  I later observed that he had an Android based smart phone, and therefore could have put my address into Google Maps and navigate there directly.
When he arrived he gave me a business card from a different company than I had called.  His card doesn't spell out his company name, but viewing the web-site on the card just says, "Natural Green Carpet."  The people I scheduled with didn't indicate that they were using a sub-contractor, but I know that's common.  He asked if I wanted "regular cleaning" or "deep cleaning".  He looked at my carpet (we just bought the house, and the carpet is not that bad), and said I would need "deep cleaning".  I was prepared for an upcharge (because they always upcharge on carpet cleaning), and had decided that up to $300 would be acceptable.  I asked him how much "deep cleaning" would be, and he gave me a price of $375.  That is an approximately 63% upcharge.  I told him that the web-site indicated the included services, and that when I called the company they had given me a price.  Their web-site implies that they don't upcharge.  He said that he could give me a discount, and when I told him that he had already wasted 4 1/2 hours of out time, and that I felt we were owed more than that, he decided to depart.  Weather conditions were bad that day, but traffic couldn't have been bad enough where it took him that long to get there.  I drove from S.E. Houston, to Conroe, and back with no greater than moderate traffic the entire way.
Based on the price, I expected mediocre performance, but this was pretty ridiculous...

After reading your review we immediately began researching so that we could determine what could have been done to prevent your dissatisfaction. When we looked up your appointment we found that your appointment had been cancelled on our end. Now we are certain that you didn't cancel it. And because the technician provided you with a card from another company we believe that our technician gave your job to another company (perhaps a family friend or former employer) and informed us it was canceled. Perhaps he did not want to go do the job as it was a bigger job and later in the day or he may have wanted to help a friend and split the money? We are not sure. The point is our technicians arrive in a company van, wearing a company uniform. We do not supply technicians with cards that say "Natural Green Carpet". We are certain that your services were not completed by our company. We understand that you scheduled with us and how the job was hijacked from us is not in anyway your responsibility. We apologize for this. You may want to check your payment records to see who processed your card payment or check. We have a screen shot of your appointment screen stating the job was canceled and we have no record of receiving payment from you. We want you to know that we do stand by our service as described on our website. Please consider removing this review as it does not show an accurate picture of our services."

The provider was supposed to clean a 3 piece sofa and after an estimate was given of $90, the price ended up being $130.  After having to reschedule twice due to their schedule, they finally showed up at the scheduled time and when they arrived, they told me it would be more.  Since I really wanted to have it done, I paid the extra.  Upon cleaning, there were some older spots that reappeared, but was told that once dry would disappear and if the didn't the company would come back out and clean it again.  I called at least three times and explained what I was told and each time was pushed off until finally someone told me that wasn't their policy and I would have to contact the contractor they had hired to do it.  I didn't have his info and they didn't provide it.  I had sort of given up on this and was just going to write it off as they had typically had good reviews and I thought that it must just be a one off and every company messes up now and then.  Today, I received a call from the company who wanted to offer me a discount on a cleaning ($89 for my sofa...original price it was supposed to be) and  when I told them the story, the sales guy just hung up on me.  Instead of actually offering to make it right, or anything else, I was treated the same as last time and could not be more disappointed in the quality of service and customer service.

I contacted them and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 5 p.m.  The technician called me to say he was running late and it would be around 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. I explained I had to be somewhere so we rescheduled for Wednesday same time.  Wednesday, the technician called and I told him I would be home by 5 and would see him then.  He said he would call when he was headed my way. The technician never showed.  Thursday I called the company regarding the no-show.  The lady was very apologetic and said she would reschedule me and send her best technician.  We rescheduled for Friday at 4 p.m.  The technician called me Friday around 2 p.m. to confirm my appointment at 3-3:30 p.m. I informed him my appointment was set for 4 p.m. and that was the earliest I could get home.  He said okay and he would see me at 4 p.m.  I reminded him this was my 3rd time scheduling and to please make sure he was there and didn't come early and then leave.  He said he would make sure he was there.  Friday, I got home around 3:35 p.m.  I waited until 4:30 p.m. and called the office.  The dispatch guy said he would call the tech and see where he was and then call me back.  After time had passed, I called back.  Dispatch said they had texted and called him but the technician didn't answer.  He apologized and said this was not like this technician.  The technician never showed.  Dispatch told me to call Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. so they could get someone out to me at 8:30 a.m.  He also said he would provide a discount.  I called at 7:45 a.m. Saturday morning and he said a technician was on his way to me.  At 9:00 a.m. the technician calls to tell me he is on his way and is 30 minutes away. I told him dispatch said he would be here by 8:30 a.m.  He said dispatch just called him and gave him the location.  He also said dispatch did not say anything about a discounted price.  I called dispatch to cancel.  I told him what the tech told me and his response was "He's right there by you."  I told him the tech told me he wasn't near me.  This company is very unprofessional and clearly cannot coordinate the arrival of their technicians.

"Firstly, I would like to apologize to [Member name removed] for the scheduling problem. After communicating with [Member name removed] and having meetings with the dispatcher and the technicians I have been able to find out what happened. The problem stems from our Customer Service Representative using the phone number that the customer called from to schedule the appointment as the contact number for the dispatcher to verify the appointment. Unfortunately, the customer called from her work line which happened to be a school switchboard. When the dispatcher was calling it he was getting an automated message. Once the appointment was rescheduled, we did acquire the correct phone number, but the dispatcher was not able to reach her until after her scheduled appointment time. The voice-mail for the cell phone was not set up and the dispatcher could not leave a message. Our Customer Service Representative should have verified that we had the correct contact information for the customer and explained to her that if we do not get a hold of anyone on the day of the cleaning we cannot send anyone out. We are not in this business to miss appointments, and in addition to our excellent cleaning service, our on-time ( NO WINDOWS ) scheduling is something we take pride in. For the inconvenience we have offered to clean the carpet for this customer free of charge."
