My water heater sprung a leak on Christmas day and even though Jim was out of town he was helping me via text. I ended up replacing the unit. His team was fast, courteous, and the price was fair. I am very impressed and totally satisfied.

I was able to schedule my water heater replacement easily at a time that was convenient for me. They came right on time, got done quickly, explained everything I needed to know. Protected my floors, cleaned up after themselves. I have hot water, they cost was fair and up front. I couldn't be more pleased!

My house water heater leaked after roughly 8 years and it was a Rheem Professional one (better than the home depot version according to the plumber who installed it) so I decided to replace it with a Bradford White one. I got sticker shock when I called the surrounding plumbers for quotes. In all cases, they wanted to stop by my house to check out and providing the quote. Luckily, my neighbor used Water Heater Pros a few months ago and told me about them. I went on the website and really like the fact that they listed the prices up front ( by far the lowest) with a list of stuff that will be installed with the water heater leaving no chance for confusion and/or misunderstanding. In addition, Water Heater Pros was listed at the top installer for Bradford White water heater at the main Bradford White website. I recalled the plumber who I ran into at Home Depot and installed my previous water told me that when he gave me the price for the installation (we met at the local Home Depot), he did not know where I live. If he knew where I live, the price would be double because plumbers know people who live in nice upscale subdivision can afford the higher price. This was/is terrible IMHO. In fact, when I asked him for a quote this time to replace my water heater, he did exactly that. No such issue with Water Heater Pros. I called Jim Brown (owner of the water heater pros) to schedule the service and was provided up front pricing with all the stuff needed to get done to fit the taller water heater into the same spot along with the Floodstop installation. Even with all of this, the price was still lower than all the quotes I got from local plumbers for just the water heater. Virgil and his crew mate showed up on Monday 10/17/2022 as schedule and about 30 minutes ahead of time. The two installers were very efficient and has all the tools needed to bring the big water heater into the attic without putting a scratch on the water heater itself. The last installer did not have any tool to bring the water heater up so they dragged it up the pull down ladder putting minor dent on the water heater. They was done within 3 hours including clean up and installed exactly all the pieces as they outlined on the website (new pan, ball valve, sediment trap and new gas flex line to replace the old one). I was/am very please with the installation and considered myself lucky to have found Water Heater Pros for hot water tank services. The key for me is up front and clear pricing without the complication of haggling with the plumbers to hopefully not being taken advantage of. Highly Recommended!

Getting to know Jim the first time through another AC trust business referral. We got multiple estimates for our Water Heater and all at least double compare to what Jim provided. As an our of state property owner, I don't know who to trust. Jim has provided us not just a professional services but a long term friend that we have from remote distance now. He has done a super job on the Heater. Pointed out what has been done wrong by an "Emergency" fixer that had been costly for us before calling Jim. Jim has tons of great referral to all thing around the house. We now have references to roof, electrical, etc. professional with the same reliability as Jim. It is fortunate for us as out of state homeowner to have someone like Jim that we can call for any advices with instance response. Thank you Jim for all you do!

Water Heater Pros was very professional, did a great job on the installation and completed it very quickly. Their price was the lowest out of the other 4 or 5 companies I priced, plus they were patient and understanding when they had to wait a bit, while I worked out an issue with the bank in getting their payment. Would definitely use and recommend their services any time I have a water heater problem!

The 3 plumbers removed and installed 2 hot water heaters in the attic thru a narrow door, covering the entire area with protective waterproof tarps. Also installed water flow control device. Would use them again.

Scheduling work with Jim was very easy and convenient. Virgil and the two gentlemen that installed new water heater were very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommended.

Where to begin!!?? Jim was one of the first if not the first contractor to reach out. I had provided a fairly clear description of what I needed. As I recall, I gave the water heater count, description (gallons and size), and where they were meaning attic above 2nd floor plus one in a really funky closet on the 2nd floor. Jim texted me a price that he noted as firm. I'm good at (or bad depending on how you look at it) getting multiple bids so I feel good about the price and don't have buyers remorse down the line. Plus, it keeps my wife off my back about it all. Several plumbers responded with most requiring an onsite visit to look at it all, sit down at the kitchen table and discuss all the options, etc. While I appreciate the thorough nature of these companies, it seemed like overkill. A couple had add ons that made no sense to me but who knows at this point. I called Jim to discuss his price compared to the others as it was 1/3 to 1/2 what all the others wanted (not kidding). I walked through the add ons the others were charging and Jim explained why each one made no sense and what he did to mitigated the supposed risk the others saw. I'm no stranger to construction and it was evident this was not his first rodeo. We agreed to move forward. I was told the crew would show at 10am and wrap up around 2pm. They (3 gentlemen) showed up at 10:10am with a text about 20 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. The immediately went to work laying down water proof tarps with one man immediately going to the attic to start the break down process. By 2pm they were wrapping everything up. Other than 3 new water heaters, there is no sign that they were here. Not one drop of water that I could find anywhere. No left over pipes or pan....nothing. I texted Jim to confirm the price. It was still the firm price he originally sent when I started this process and it was. One gentlemen went over the warranties, gave me all the paperwork, and recommended a couple of leak detector alarms on Amazon that I should consider getting as added safety against potential damage. I really appreciated that little tidbit of advice. I cannot imagine why anyone in Houston would go with a different company to put a water heater in. A full service plumber is nice to have in your back pocket but Waterheater Pros ONLY DO WATERHEATERS and it's clear they have it nailed down.

EXCELLENT! Very good customer service and knowledgeable crew. They put tarps on my floors to keep carpet clean. Lowest price and Bradford White self cleaning ! I highly recommend! He gave me good advice as he was leaving to save future flood. Buy water sensors and put in pan or anywhere like under sinks.

The old water heaters were removed and the new heaters were installed. The installers arrived on time and were professional. I would use them again.
