Full Service Contracting Company. Owner Michael Rumpza has 16 years of experience in working with insurance companies on Hail, Wind, Fire and Flood claims. He is a Licensed Contractor in Texas Lic #H925178. Michael is a graduate of Minnesota State University with a BA in economics. He has opened and sold many businesses over the years for profit. He loves helping people and started village construction inc. because he wanted to help people by utilizing his many years of experience in dealing with insurance companies. Michael is a volunteer coach and a mentor for many young boys at SEAS Youth sports in San Antonio.
