Update: Instead of trying to resolve my concerns after reading my review, they sent me the below email. Ironically, they were quick to respond to this but not my texts or emails. Don't question them about the services you didn't receive or the productivity of the technicians, because this is what they will do to you too. The best part is that they were supposed to "clean" my pool tomorrow...Classy move! That said, we no longer believe that we are the right fit for pool service for you, and as such we will no longer be servicing your pool. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you, Venture Pool Company The level of service I've received from Venture Pool Company over the last 2 months has been completely unacceptable. I've been looking for another company to use, but to my surprise, there aren't really any with a good online reputation. I could sit here and run out of space listing all the things that have transpired, but I'll save you from that. I'm just looking for an affordable, customer centric, reliable and trustworthy company in the Spring Branch area.

Herman and JR at Venture Pools did an outstanding job on our tired 17-year-old pool, so much so that it's like having a brand new one. Herman showed up for the initial estimate right on time and told me exactly how much, what would happen, and when. Sure enough, the job went exactly according to schedule and estimates, and both Herman and JR take the time to tell you everything they will do and why they are doing it. They are also flexible with their estimates and never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with them. They made some great recommendations and guided us through the process. What impressed me was the care they put into the work, because during the first plaster application something went wrong with the batch, so they automatically pulled everything out and redid it without my even noticing (they explained what had happened) and took extra care to ensure the problem was corrected. The team that did our deck are a team of ARTISTS! We LOVE the work and we have the piece of mind knowing that Venture stands behind their work (as they have already shown). We strongly recommend them!

Herman is on time, available via phone and e mail, responsive and prompt. He held to his bid exactly, and finished the work professionally and timely. We have had several occasions to rehab various parts of this 50 year old house. This was by far the best experience. His bid was the lowest of the three sought. Herman was the most responsive. He wanted our business, and I am glad he got it.
