After my initial service I was happy, but everything after I wasn't. I feel like I through my money in the garbage. As soon as my warranty was up my computer went kaput. I think the warranty is a 3 month time frame and a part went out. They had given me a rebuilt computer and I wasn't aware of that until after the fact, because he didn't do much discussion on what he was doing. I just knew I was getting my computer fixed and it was working lovely. Then 3 months later a part goes bad and I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. My last computer I had owned for 15 years and I never invested that much money into repairs.

I am ready to make some noise with them. I am not happy with their service at all. It is like I am invested in a service where they are just going to make money and will continue to make money. They just can't get it right. One of my computers came back and doesn't look like it was even touched or worked on. I sent the computer out and it came back to me the exact same way. I then took it back to the shop for them to do correctly. Now I still seem to be running into problems with my computer. It is not working the way it is supposed to work. I think people are taking advantage in this area of business. They do try and accommodate if you call and complain enough. They do try and listen to what has been going wrong. They want to keep you satisfied and don't want to turn you away. They will take your computer, but the service that they are giving you I don't know what is happening with that. They told me that sometimes parts go out, but I find that kind of odd and unacceptable. That I have a 3 month warranty only and then it wears out again, so that they can fix it for me again. 

I initially gave them high flying colors, but no longer. They are very courteous and timing wasn't as punctual this time around. Their price isn't that expensive, but if I am spending that every 3 months then it is very expensive. I think they need to improve their warranty and they need to educate their customer more on the expectations. They kind of do the job and then just move on. 

They are great with customer service, they will tell you what you want to hear, and they will charm you. They are nice, clean, polite, and they try to get there on time. It is the end result that I am not happy with. The service and the quality of the service that I have seen I am not happy with. I think everything matters, but in the end all that really matters is the quality of work that you pay for. That you know you got good quality for what you paid for. I have kids in school who are being affected by this, because they have papers to do and I don't have a computer for them to use.  I mean I can use a computer at the library, but when my student's have a paper due or an assignment to do it is very inconvenient to have happen. I wouldn't have a computer in the house to begin with if it wasn't for my kids. 

I told them the last time I called them that if it happened again I was going to through my computer in the trash. I am going to call them again, tell them exactly what is happening to my computer, and if they can't do anything for me than that is the end of it. I am going to let them try and improve themselves and make a difference to show me there is still hope for their company. I will not pay them another cent. I am going to let them try and make the matter right. If they do a good job and my computer works for a year or greater than I will use them again in the future. If I am going to have another problem in  3 months then they can forget about it.
