My wife and I contacted several kitchen remodelers in the local area and found USA Cabinet & Store to be both the most responsive and the most affordable. Our estimator/designer, Omer, was very courteous and eager to ensure that we got things correct up-front so there would be no surprises. It took my wife and I a few weeks to settle on a design and during that time we made several changes and Omer was able to react both efficiently and rapidly, always letting us know if we were straying beyond our budget. We finally signed the contract on a Friday and the work began on the following Monday. 
The foreman, Hasan, who supervised all work accomplished was friendly and incredibly professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail. He responded to our every request and worked around our schedule with absolutely no resultant issues. He made sure that every detail was accomplished properly and followed-up to ensure that even the smallest detail was completed satisfactorily. We've had a lot of major work done over the years and this was one of the largest projects we have attempted; it is also the most successful. 
A short word about the workmen who did the actual demolition, installation, and follow-up. They were both efficient and highly capable and their response to our many requests was always friendly and helpful. When we asked for the impossible they would explain why the request couldn't work and then frequently showed us other ways to accomplish what we wanted. I'm certain that they saved us many long-term headaches. 
The BOTTOM LINE is we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and can't wait to show it off. Our thanks to Omer, Hasan, and the work crew for a job extremely well done!

Usa Cabinet & Store completed our kitchen Remodel in February . Omer, our designer, was a pleasure to work with - mindful of our budget and working with us to create our vision within our parameters. We had everything defined prior to signing our paperwork so we understood our commitment upfront. Jose and his helper are amazing at coordinating installation work. Most importantly, if there ever was a problem - it was resolved to my satisfaction. They want to insure that you are satisfied with your work. We only had one change and that was due to hidden pipes/ductwork in a soffit - I was very satisfied with the change recommendation and felt that it was priced fairly. I liked that they used Home for Humanity for the demo work - the crew from the organization was very neat and orderly. We love our kitchen

I have collected few quotes before I talked with them. We got the estimate on time and their price was very competitive. The cabinets and everything look amazing. Everything went smooth and that was such a great experience.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen.  USA Cabinet & Store did an excellent job from start to finish.  Omer helped us navigate the many choices we had in design, he listened to the few things we knew we wanted, and he had great suggestions for the rest.  He is very knowledgeable about and has relationships with suppliers in the area. Hasan, our project manager, communicated with us regularly, so we always knew what to expect.  He was also very responsive to our requests. Crew, who did the construction, clearly took a lot of pride in their work.  For example, they spent a long time making sure the floor was level. The job took about a month. Throughout that time, they made sure we had as much of our kitchen functioning as possible.  USA Cabinet & Store made the experience as stress-free as possible.

Recently they followed-up with me and sent over the design, I kindly let them know I was no longer interested.

This was my first bathroom remodel. I got estimated from two other contractors. Usa Cabinet Store estimate was the best. Hasan helped us sort out the detail of our new bathroom. The showroom at Houston provided us many great idea. The whole family participated in the design process from showroom examples. We were able to design our new bathroom in 2 hours. The work
started one time. Crew worked on the new bathroom every workday until it is completed. Crew consulted with us throughout the renovation to ensure work is done to our satisfaction. During the project, we did not like using wood as baseboard of the bathroom. We came up with an idea to use decoration and tile instead of baseboard. Crew took on the extra work and finished our beautiful
new bathroom on time without extra charge. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

I felt like what we paid for, we could have gotten from someone else, for a bit cheaper. We decided not to go with them. I felt like the quote was a little bit higher than what we wanted to pay. The service they provided me was really just an introductory service. It took them longer than they said it was going to take them to provide the estimate. They said it was going to take them 48 to 72 hours and I think I didn't get it for about a week. The person that came out was not the person that provided the estimate. The person that was providing the estimate was a new employee.

When I went into their showroom I immediately felt that they knew exactly what they were doing. The showroom staff was very helpful and Omer came out to my house the very same day and had a proposal the day after that. I knew that because this was a family-run business that I was going to get good attention to detail and not just be another number to them.
I really got my money?s worth. Omer was very careful about not making extravagant suggestions and kept project costs under control. I liked his attention to detail. He thought of things I hadn?t. Usa Cabinet Store is extremely competent, affordable and diligent in getting the work completed. Quality all the way.

I am awaiting the installation but so far they have been very
responsive and professional to assure that I received exactly what I

When I went to their showroom to check out tiles, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures, all the staff were nice and helpful.  They had a wide variety of options.

If I had the money and time right now to commit to the larger job, I would highly consider USA for the work.

In mid-October we made a?$39 payment for a consult and 3D?rendition of a kitchen remodel in our home.? It took over a month for us to finally coordinate a time to meet in our home.?I don't blame the company for this.?It was as much our fault as theirs.?Two gentlemen arrived at our home 45 minutes early on the scheduled meeting day.?One of them?was?the salesman and the other a student/architect.?Both men were friendly and courteous.?However, it became apparent from the?beginning that the type of?smooth, flat,?contemporary cabinet we are interested in?is either not one of their top product lines or not offered at all.?The salesman referred me to his website to investigate on my own.?We spent about 10 minutes discussing what we would like to see in our?3D rendition?(i.e.?larger pantry, all white appliances with new stove top and sink, refrigerator relocated, picture window, overhead cantilever cabinets removed,?polished concrete?floors and counter tops,?island, convert window to door, and refinished ceiling) after which the salesman left while?the student/architect remained to take dimensions.? We were told the rendition would be available?in their offices within a week and that they would call us.??We eagerly awaited their call.? Unfortunately, we did not hear from them again until they responded to our inquiry three weeks later.? They apologized for the delay and provided the renditions via email.??Apparently we were not required to meet in their offices after all.? And, a good thing because if I had taken time out of my busy day to view what was sent to us, I would have been very annoyed.? If I?could add?attachments to this review, I would?need to say no more because the renditions speak for themselves.?They?were no better than what I could have done myself playing with a free home software program:?the scale was off; the colors horrid (red walls with mustard yellow cabinets and dark gray countertops with white?appliances); no increased pantry size; no picture window;?counters and island configured incorrectly; no window to door conversion; and the kitchen to garage door?missing in it's entirety.?Fortunately we only wasted $39.?

I really liked the representative. He was polite and professional.I didn't like that he insisted my current cabinets could not be saved and would need to be replace with all new cabinets, from his store. Cabinets with a 5 year warranty. My cabinets are original to my 1958 post war ranch style home so their warranty is 57 years and counting. They are also appropriate for the age of the house as opposed to the modern cabinets the company had to offer.

The project went as per contract, USA Cabinet were professionals and my kitchen looks amazing. The only con i have to mention is the project went one week overdue from the timeline promised.

Arrived on time and professional.

The company was extremely responsive in terms of setting up the appointment and providing the renderings. Omer and another gentleman came out, took measurements, and were extremely efficient in that the entire process took only about an hour or so. The turnaround time on providing renderings were also efficient in that I received the first set of renderings within a week with two different options for the design of the space. They even went so far as to provide a revised set of renderings based in part on some relatively minor items that were missing or incorrectly measured or included in the first set of renderings, but these were things that would effect the bottom-line cost, I expected. Ultimately I deferred to Hasan and Omer, advised of the items, and indicated that if this would not greatly impact the bottom line, I looked forward to receiving a quote for the work as relayed in the renderings. I haven't heard from them since my last email on 11/17/15. My ratings above are based only on my experience with them for the renderings since that is what I purchased. No actual work was performed beyond that.

UPDATE on 12/04/15:
Heard back from Hasan on 12/03/15 morning to advise that they had been particularly busy and unable to respond sooner. Not sure if their response was prompted by my above review. Either way, was pleased to hear from him. And, by the evening, I had a quote for the proposed work. Quote seems a bit high ($720 for kitchen/bath door pulls??) but, in fairness, I assume this to be a ballpark figure since we hadn't worked out the details of the materials to be used. I'm currently waiting on two more quotes from other Angie's List contractors. Will compare costs, project completion timeline, and then make a final decision. I will update this post accordingly.

A FANTASTIC experience from beginning to end. First, their estimate was by far the most affordable for what I had planned for my kitchen...a very straightforward remodel. Second, I worked with Hasan as the main contact for my project and he checked in often to ensure I was happy with the progress, kept me informed on the daily schedule of his team of great craftsmen and with any updates on materials I had wanted changed. Thirdly, they completed the project BEFORE the promise date! 
Here are a few reasons why I highly recommend USA Cabinet & Store and why I will use them again:
1. The team arrived at my home on time, and were very respectful of the property. They worked 10-12 hours a day to stay within their timeline.
2. They were very conscientious: they carefully taped off the floor and placed plastic in the entryways to help prevent dust. They cleaned up/swept at the end of each day and placed their supplies neatly away in the garage. That says a lot about a company.
3. They asked questions if they weren't sure...they wanted to do it right!
4. They do GREAT WORK! I was truly surprised at the end of each day, at what they accomplished. My kitchen was transformed in 8 days!
It's clear that Hasan, Ali and the entire USA Cabinet & Store team are committed to providing a great experience for their customers, doing whatever it takes to create the desired outcome. They are truly a delight to work with. I am more than pleased with my new kitchen...it's exactly as I had envisioned it, and then some. I cannot wait to have my bathrooms upgraded...I will only make one call!

If given a rating scale of 1-5, with 5 being best, I would give USA a 10 !!!It is so hard these days to find not only exceptional quality work, but work that comes in on budget and on time.If you need quality work at an affordable price, USA should be your choice.The good communication between us and USA, the lack of misunderstandings and frustrations, has been a huge part of our satisfaction in working with them.Omer Zirekoglu, manager, exemplifies the integrity and and quality of work and follow-through that is rare to find these days. Love this company, and have recommended it without hesitation to family and friends.

So far, everything has been excellent.  Design was done in a timely manner, and then we had a follow up visit at USA Cabinet Store to choose materials (cabinets, flooring, back splash, etc.).  I received an estimate for the job, and after tweaking the design, I'm now waiting for a final bid.  I'm hoping the bid fits my budget, as I have been very happy with the way Omer has dealt with me and my indecisiveness.  Phone calls have been answered, or returned, and any changes I've wanted to make to the design have been done without complaint.

Excellent service and design help.  Omer we was responsive to our needs and provided good recommendations to ensure we received the best layout for out kitchen.  The price is great, but the options are limited.  If they have what you need it is great.  This is a good lower price option for kitchen cabinets (full custom cabinets would have been twice the price).  The cabinets look great and have held up very well over with no issues since installation over 2 months ago.  Customer service from USA Cabine Store was
top notch, they were responsive through out the entire process, especially after all the work was done they helped out solve some minor issues as no additional cost.Will definitely use them again and have recommended them to several friends.

We are very happy with USA Cabinet Store. We had our kitchen remodeled and also had some hardwood flooring installed.   I had a few competitors come out for estimates in which we felt  USA Cabinet had a fair quote and great customer service.  Their products were very impressive at the showroom.  
Ali as our Kitchen Designer/Project Manager was very responsive and very helpful throughout the process.  He was patient with
answering our questions and concerns and made the process as easy as possible.    We were very impressed with the quality of their products and their workmanship of their contractors.  The hardwood installers seemed to go above and beyond to ensure the floors looked perfect.I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Those that have seen the new kitchen and floors are very impressed with the job.  I can now say I have a beautiful kitchen.  When it comes time to do some updates on my bathroom I will definitely call them.

From the minute Ali walked into our home we knew were in good hands. He described new bathroom in detail with great patience since we know nothing about remodeling. He draw wonderful tile design for the around tub and gave us great ideas. We talked the countertops tile work to be done . Hasan was our project manager he answered txt and email at any time even after I paid in full what was due .Each day they did their work and cleaned are before leaving. He even accompanied me to pick out materials. I cant describe my total satisfaction with USA Cabinet & Store and their people . Our bathroom is gorgeous. You cant go wrong when choosing them to complete a project for you.
