This is the second time I have used Uptown Appliance Repair and I have been very happy both times. They were very honest about the how much repairing my washer would be and recommended that I bought a new one instead, including giving me an idea for how much I should budget for a new machine and where to get the best deals. I was so grateful that they didn’t recommend a costly repair on an older unit. Highly recommend!

Rossen did some serious resuscitation on our refrigerator that needed a lot of help. I priced new ones and that route would have costed us more than twice what it costed to get Uptown Appliance to bring it back to par. Our refrigerator water dispenser was not working dispute changing the filter. Junior came to evaluate. He was professional, wore shoe covers and a mask. The repair cost was more than we wanted to pay considering the age of the appliance, which I told them. I then asked what the service call cost was so I could pay. I was told as a repeat customer there was NO SERVICE CALL Charge. They are a great company and this only made me like them more !

Uptown advised me not to repair the Samsung dishwasher and that it would be best to buy a new dishwasher of better quality . And that’s what we did by going to BestBuy. Uptown is a high quality repair company and I would recommend them to anyone that wants an honest and quality repair. This the 3rd time I’ve used Uptown. When they repaired my Monogram Refrigerator, excellent job!!!

We had a dishwasher go out with all of the power outages and called Uptown. They amazingly made time to come the next day. When Carlos arrived, he was very polite and professional. As it turns out, by the time he arrived whatever was wrong with the dishwasher somehow self-corrected. He stayed and made sure everything was working and refused to charge anything, even when I offered to pay! We will definitely use this group again!! Very nicely done!

Uptown appliance repair has been to our home twice in the past 3 months for different appliance repair. They were able to fix both appliances on site for the cost of the site service. Both appliances needed lubrication or cleaning. They truly try to repair the appliances on site first before ordering expensive parts or trying to sell new. I highly recommend using them.

They had to check price on a part and then called to let us know and decide if it was worth the repair... rather than fix it and get the money, they were honest and said they thought he cost was too much for the age of the cooler... honesty in a repairman is a A BIG plus!!

It went well. He totally checked washer and it was fine. The drain from the washer was clogged and backing up. He said I needed a plumber. One is here working on the clogged drain. He checked my dryer too. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned the area before he left. I only paid the service call
