The system was installed improperly, and I paid alot for the system to be installed. SOOOO many problems, recurring, and the responsiveness of Christian was almost never. He did not care at all if the alarm was not working, if it was beeping all nights and kept myself, and my two children up. He would not have an apt. to come out, even under these circumstances, for on average a week. He would blame me, and argue about the problems, instead of put any "personality differences" aside and act PROFESSIONALLY. He has never come himself to fix anything, and would send his brother, or someone else, who were much more courteous and respectful. 
To be short, I have never had any professional work relationship anything like this, and everyone who works for us, is a pleasure to work with, and it goes both ways. 
Yet with an alarm system, our safety, and our sleep which was interrupted (yet no phone call, email back, or text back from him when I would send him picture after picture after picture of my alarm and what it was showing), I would not recommend his service, or Christian, to anyone I know. No 24 hour service, no "emergency" service, and most importantly, no care whatsoever about the quality of my system, which he installed. It has subsequently been looked at by other very reputable companies, and the panels were placed very far apart, and other details which showed why there were so many problems. 
I feel MOST bad for the amazing man, and friend, who recommended Christian, since he has helped me more than Christian with the problems we have encountered almost 2 years ago.  :(
