We purchased the $45 consultation visit and Alvin came out and listened to what we wanted done. He came back a few days later with a price based on an itemized plant / materials list. We worked with him on a few changes and agreed to the work. His team came out and the crew was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They salvaged many of the original plants in our yard and transplanted them to better areas. The new work they did was phenomenal and our house went from being an eye-sore to the best landscaped yard on the block!

The associate arrived on time and took measurements, suggestions, provided recommendations, and later provided a very crude, hand drawn, representation of our backyard landscape with the suggested improvements. I guess we were expecting a more detailed and professional rendition of a landscape design.

The road got a bit bumpy with the driveway, but once everybody was on the same page the result was great. The landscaping part of the job was exceptional. The last 10% of the job is getting finished as I type. All good.

Everything was cleaned up as requested. Workers were on time, fast but very thorough and neat. I was listened to and what would be done was carefully explained to me by Mr. Printice. All the workers were pleasant and courteous. I expect to use this service in the future and recommend Universal Landscapes wholeheartedly. I purchased a special deal from Angie's List and consider the price a bargain for such quality work.

Great. They removed several branches in my Oak tree and my Magnolia tree. Then they fixed my drainage by removing some dirt to direct water away from my patio and planted some grass. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how successful they were yet. I was very pleased with their work.

It went very well and I highly recommend this service. Alvin has been in the landscaping business for many years and was very patient and understood exactly what I wanted. This was a no stress, no pressure project and was completed in one day, the day before Thanksgiving, so the timing was excellent. I described that I wanted the flagstone areas to be more natural and not cemented in place and this was no problem. We needed to move a few plants to other locations and this was not a problem either. I was very pleased with the professionalism, good service, and reasonable price. It looks really beautiful. Now I can enjoy the outdoors and use the stepping stones to keep my feet dry. I will definitely contact Alvin again, when I am ready for a new landscaping project.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO HARM ANY ROSES THAT WERE PLANTED IN THE BED. THEY TOOK THE TREES DOWN AND NEVER BROKE A SINGLE ROSE BUSH. THEY CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE AREA AND LEFT NO TRASH BEHIND.
