John & Randy were both experienced & knowledgeable. John coordinated the visits and Randy performed the work. Service was prompt - same day and completed on-site w/o "going for parts". I had emergency service on my 4T & 5T units. Both needed fan start/run capacitors and one needed a compressor super-start. All was done well and they DID NOT try to sell me more than I needed.

Fast responce to our request thru Service Majic. They arrived within an hour and a half and on time. The service rep. Randy was efficient and courteous and everything was explained in detail. Knowledgeable, prompt service. No charge for initial visit & diagnosis. Detailed in their workmanship. Easy to work with. We are pleased with the equipment and it's performance. Up graded our old system with new furnace and A/C system and extended the A/C to our attached garage which make it very usable all year round. New system 16 SEER and furnace qualified for $1,500.00 tax credit. Set up electronic control damper to the garage allowing A/C & Heat on an as need basis. Would recommend to others,
