I was afraid to change because they're a new business but very glad I did. Pleased with their service and the monthly savings by switching. Pricing, size of can / weight and estimated time of pickup is given over the phone. Payment could be given to driver to start service. After calling I know they'll pickup around 11:00. Triple D does not hide charges like the"administrative fee of 5.25/month charged me by Republic Service Waste Management".
