Tree Source Nursery

My Landscaper gave me their address and advised me if I go there selection is good and customer service as well So I went to the Tree Sources last Saturday it was 11 am and I walked around and picked up many plants for my prospect flower beds and I went to the office to make a payment and set up the delivery But the gentlemen over there told me that they are about to close in a 10 min and cannot sell anyone who is not a Landscape company I tried to explain him But he refused me and left the desk to prevent another possible question. I went out but on my way I asked one of the gardener if they have creeping thymes he said he needs to ask someone else because he doesn't know... I waited outside but no one came out to give me an answer I went inside of the same office and asked kindly if they carry creeping thymes ...same guy replied to me very boldly NO But, I asked again that if I give him a list of plants and if he can prepare them for me and my Landscape company can pick up on Monday ? He was edge of his patience I guess, he raised his voice and told me NO ... But I continue to stay patience and kindly told him I can pay if it is an issue (I thought maybe he thought I was lying or wasting his time and in order to eliminate that possibility, I offered payment to show him that I am a serious buyer ) But hey, I was not welcomed at first place; he replied me that; Ma'am even, if you buy 5 million I will not selling anything to you !! I replied sir I am a customer you should NOT answer me like that he replied "you are not my customer and I am not serving to you please leave!! We are about to close!! " And then another two ladies came to help him and I heard only, "Ma'am which part you don't understand, we are about to close and please leave ...we are not serving to you!!" I was just speechless it was all wrong and meaningless. What did I do in order to get that nastiness?? I went there because of my landscape company told me so and I just wanted to buy plants that's all... Why did I get that very rude treatment I still don't get it probably I am an immigrant and my accent give them a "right" to treat me that way? Is that it?
