Tornado Tree Service

After my last review the actual owner of the company came out to apologize and assured me Steve had been fired. It seems as though he was covering things up in order to leave the job early. The owner speaks english very well, Steve seems to have told many customers that he did not so we would not call him. We had a great conversation and if I personally need tree services I will definitely call them.

I do recommend him. I used him for the last 20 years. He does really really good work and has a fair price. Good quality of work.

I would highly recommend Tornado Tree Service. They were very professional, timely and went above and beyond with their work. I was amazed with the results. They did all the work in one day and cleaned everything so well you would have never known a tree was there. They were the first of three companies to come out to give me an estimate and the only company to call a week later to see if we were able to get the job done. Not only was their pricing less than the others, the other companies couldn't do what I wanted and Tornado not only said they could but also did it. I will definitely call them again for any tree service I need.

Trimmed dead fronds from 3 queen palms and removed old oleander bush. Honored request that no spikes be used to climb palm trees. Excellent communication. Steve gave best estimate; set appointment; contacted via telephone and text before arrival. On time. Professional team worked cautiously around landscape lamps, protected other shrubs from damage. Workers all wore safety glasses and one always held the ladder. Cleaned up and hauled away everything. Have used several tree services in the past, but Tornado Trees is, by far, the very best. They will be our go-to service for all of our trees. Highest recommendation.

The crew had to empty the truck before coming, dependent on when the dump opened. They arrived around 9:00 AM. We talked a few details and they went right to work. They finished about 12:30 PM. They fed all the limbs into a chipper, including the palm branches, cleaned up the back yard and picked up all the small pieces. Raul and his crew did an excellent job and Steve was very helpful also. Steve emailed me the invoice with the bid price and details on what we agreed on before the crew arrived. I would certainly recommend them.
