 + -1 moreIt was a relatively simple project (or so I thought at least) that stretched out over 4 months with a lot odd delays. The first day they only installed one shutter and told me that they didn't bring the supplies needed to install the other four--yeah like that made sense. They came by several other times and always similar excuse for not finishing the install. I stopped calling the last month because it would take so long to get a reply and at this point I was convinced that I was dealing with a literally shady shade company. After a long wait, the final shutter was installed. I wasn't offered a long *** wait discount; but I must say that the project looks wonderful. I would use them again. Promptness and communication is not their strong point. In the final analysis, it is more important to me for my house to look good, so I would use them again due to the quality of their work. I wouldn't recommend them to someone who has a tight deadline.
