Home Depot did a great job installing the flooring in my home. I was very satisfied with the fact that the work was completed in one and one half days. I have not had any problems since the work was finished. The quality of work was excellent. Home Depot used a sub contractor to do the work.

Home Depot did a great job on install, but were slow in getting the carpet from the wholesaler. I haven't had any problems since they installed the carpet. The workers did a good job removing the old carpet before installing the new.

They could have done a better quality job for the price I paid. The company showed up late & wasn't very responsive in returning my phone calls to have the work done. They weren't very courteous to me in regards to completing the work. The fact of the matter is that my overall experience wasn't as good as it could have been.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROMPT - THEY EVEN FINISHED A DAY EARLY. THE TILE LOOKS GREAT, HOWEVER THEY PAINTED THE TRIM THE WRONG COLOR. WE HAD SOME DIFFICULTY REACHING A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE STORE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND WE ENDED UP PAINTING THE TRIM OURSELVES.

THE JOB WAS DONE GREAT, BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING AT A CERTAIN TIME AND DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW, BUT BY THAT TIME IT WAS TOO LATE I HAD ALREADY TAKEN OFF WORK.
