They were appropriately dressed. They all had uniforms. There were four on a crew. They looked good and the truck looked good. They looked very professional. The equipment they used was very professional. They did the job quickly and went about their way.

Service was great. I received a reminder call and another call when they were 20mins out. Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process as I was traveling and not at home. The office staff was very professional and called me to make payment and verified the work that was approved. They did a great job and left everything clean when the job was done. Great experience and would use them again. Great customer service.

We had to cancel the service due to the fact that our Christmas Lights were already up at the time. But the person that came out was very nice, explained to me that with the lights it wont work and offered to re-schedule.

"We appreciate the opportunity to earn an AL Member's business. Unfortunately the bamboo tree covered the entire 25' run of gutter on a metal 2 1/2 story roof with no access to cut except from the roof. Any tree limb obstruction must be trimmed back for safety reasons. You can have all sorts of insect or critter nests that can carry disease or cause harm while performing the cleaning. We offered him the opportunity to have his own choice of tree company come out and cut it back. Then we would expedite the scheduling, so there was no delay for us to come back out. Or we could trim back the bamboo and haul away the debris for $75.00. This was not cutting a "branch". The trimming was significant and would take a min of an hour to do. Normally costing $200.00. Working on a metal roof with water is very labor intensive of any height, especially a 2 1/2 story. It is far different then a shingle composition roof. When the Member was asked if He had a composition roof when scheduling the cleaning, He was made aware of the additional charge due to the non-composition roof. Which was at a discounted rate that could range from $75.00 to $125.00. His price quoted was the discounted minimum of $75.00. Our minimum for a pitched non-shingle roof is $250.00 and can go as high as $350. The Gutter Man tried to explain to the Member the reason for this additional charge, however the Member would not allow an explanation. After spending an hour at the property TGM pulled off the job. A Supervisor was on site auditing that particular Crew that day and felt the Crew Lead-man did everything possible to get the job done; however, the Member became very combative, snatching paper-work out of his hand and refused the terms of the discounted cleaning He purchased from AL. Thank you for taking the time to read our response. We would love to go out and complete the cleaning once the bamboo is cleared.
