There was no trip charge for inspection. He was able to adjust the door during the inspection, so he didn't have to return. It was quite inexpensive and he diagnosed the problem properly.

Response was very fast. A locksmith arrived to help me with an emergency lockout about an hour after service was requested. I was pleased that the locksmith was very kind, professional, and knowledgable -- he tried every trick in the book and kept me informed along the way. I will definitely use The Flying Locksmiths again if/when the need arises. I fully recommend them.
