We were pleased to have someone knowledgeable answer our questions and now have someone to call when things come up that we can't resolve with the vendors (e.g. Comcast, NetGear, and Belkin). I don't remember if Greg provided a cost estimate before he came out. Having spent countless hours with the vendors trying to resolve the problems, I was just desperate to get someone to look at our system in case there was any fix. It turned out that the minimum for a home visit was about $100. We are still having disconnect problems with Comcast and hope that Greg will be able to provide further advice by phone now that he has seen our system.

The Computer Hospital backed up the drives, ordered two new drives and installed them and rebuilt the raid by the next day.

My computer's response time was practically nonexistent and was constantly freezing up. I called The Computer Hospital and got Greg on the line. He was so courteous and suggested that since he was going to be in my area on his way home from work, he would be more than happy to stop by and pick up my hard drive. He picked it up and a couple of days later, he called to say they had finished with it and is associate would be bringing it by my house to get it hooked back up for me. I honestly couldn't believe the service these guys gave me. You certainly don't see this happening in today's world....that's for sure! They did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the experience. I will definitely use them again!

I had tried to contact several other companies through out the day. All said they would come out within an hour and when I called them back to find out where the tech was they told me that they did not have anyone available. I called The Computer Hospital at about 4:00 P.M. I gave them a brief description of the problem and they said they would find a tech and call me back. They called back about 10 minutes later and said the tech would call me. The tech called about 5 minutes later to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes. He actually arrived within 15 minutes. He was very courteous and when I showed him where the network equipment was he took over. Within 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and repaired. With the bad service that most companies offer now days this was a breath of fresh air. These guys know what they are doing and they do it with old fashion customer service. You could not go wrong with this company. I will call them again in a heartbeat.

I am very happy with this service. They quoted me $200 and it was only $50. They fixed it very fast and it was no trouble for me to leave it to the professionals. I am not tech savvy at all so they were a big help to me.

The folks there were really knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. They handled it in a day with no problem and installed virus protection. Cost was $99 with a $35 dollar fee to back everything up (in case there was an issue with the fix and my data was deleted). The only misunderstanding was I thought I'd get a physical CD of the backup when I received my computer. The $35 was really an insurance policy, so that they had my documents to replace, if needed. This is an FYI, as I would have had them run the backup anyway. Very nice guys.

They were helpful, conscientious, fast, and when the initial fix didn't end all the problems, took the machine back and did additional repairs within a day and it was free.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. It is great to be able to take the computer into them, have them attend to it immediately and solve the problem with minimal delay in getting the computer back up operating the very next day.

The folks here are great! Greg knew immediately what was wrong. Was able to retrieve data from my old dead hard drive & return it to me in 2 days. He updated the system & replaced the hard drive w/ a larger one. He took the time to discuss costs & feasibility for repair & recovery. He was very patient in explaining what to do in the future to avoid viruses and loss of data.

GREG AND JAIME WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO YOUR COMPUTER AND MADE SURE YOU KNEW HOW TO USE ANY CHANGES THAT WERE MADE.
