+ -1 moreWe hired Reba Cook (owner/operator) based on a referral from a friend. He has had Reba work on his rentals, and he did tell us we would have to stay on her about getting the work done. Work was okay, but electrician missed several things that were within the scope of the estimate. Reba complained about receiving her check (only method of payment) the Tuesday after the work was done (but not really) on Thursday. Electrician cut holes in our drywall that he ended up not using, leaving them for me to fix, and drywall was ripped away from outlets due to improper removal (his children did this). Reba made no changes to costs. In fact, when electrician came back after check was cashed to hook up forgotten switches, Reba strong-armed my wife into giving her an additional $150. Reba made no apologies when the electrician admitted he had simply forgotten some switches, and she stated the drywall would be easy for me to fix. All of this for $4600. Absolutely would not recommend.
Description of Work: Electrical; was going to hire for additional carpentry and plumbing work, but will not based on electrical work done.
