They were excellent people and did a really good job.

After waiting to be contacted by the man who handles our side of town we finally had to call to get the appointment set ourselves. HE finally came and walked the yard and made an appointment for the next Monday. Crew arrived on time and the work began. Shortly after that the supervisor left the crew on their own. The crew did work quickly. I was VERY unhappy with the overly aggressive trim on our River Birch. I intended to tell the supervisor when he walked the yard at the end of the service. That didn't happen. The crew finished and left. No one called to see if we were satisfied. No supervisor ever came back to check on the job. In my opinion this was totally unsatisfactory. While the other trees were trimmed well and the clean up was well done...I will not use this company again.

It went better than we had hoped. They cut the stump down very near to the ground and used the chipper for the remainder of the tree. This was a huge oak tree and would have expected to have to pay more for its removal. They called within two days of us purchasing the big deal and had completed the work within four. I will most certainly recommend them to to friends and family as well as use them again myself.

Great job. On time, worked the full allotted time. Cleaned up the yard. Easy to work with. Knew how to do their job safely. Will probably hire them again. Neighbor was impressed and is going to use their services.

Matt came out and did a walk through with me. We discussed the types of trees in my yard, suggested maintenance for them and we discussed the amount of trimming I wanted done. The tree trimmers arrived early and worked the entire time. Two gentleman worked on the large tree in my front yard for TWO hours. It was neat to see them high up in a tree (and glad it was not me). The other two gentleman worked on the tree in my backyard and my neighbors trees that were in my property. I just recently purchased my home (Oak Forest) from someone that had neglected it for many years. My entire front yard and driveway were covered in limbs. The gentlemen spent the next hour turning the trees into mulch and getting them out of my yard. I DID NOT HAVE TO DO ONE THING. My house looks like a totally different place. I highly recommend Texscape, these gentleman know their trees and take great pride in their work. They left my yard clean and neat. I will continue to use them in the future and I have already used them for another property. THANKS MATT!!!

The morning of 5/16 Matt and his crew arrived right on schedule. Matt showed the crew leader what needed to be done and answered other questions I had regarding the care and feeding of the one healthy pine at the front of our home. The crew of 4 went to work as Matt left to meet with another client. His crew were very professional did everything I had asked for. I would not hesitate to recommend Texscape Tree Services to anyone. All the pruning debris were cleaned up. Many thanks to an exceptional bunch of guys.

Matt came to do the estimate shortly after I called to ask for pricing. I was on a tight schedule and he came out right away. He was very polite and explained what they would do to my tree so it wouldn't look so droopy and would not pose a hazard when the hurricane season starts soon. He pointed out all the things I had not noticed (besides the branches hanging on the driveway and sidewalks) that needed to be corrected. Overall he was very nice and appeared knowledgeable on the topic of trees. I wanted to go with him to do the service (he said he would accommodate for Saturday service), but when he quoted me the amount, it was between $200 and $250 over what my other bids (also from Angie's) had given me. I went back to the other bids to try to understand why the difference but all sort of explained they would do the same thing, rise the canopy and thin/remove crossing and dead branches from the tree. Ultimately I decided to go with one of my in-between bids, not the lowest and not the cheapest.

Matt, the supervisor who came to our house, was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about his trade. Not only did he give us an estimate for trimming the trees I wanted trimmed, but he also offered several suggestions for additional work that needed to be done. Everything was done exactly as we wanted it, and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend this company for all your tree-trimming needs.

Matt came to the site on time for both the estimates and the services. He is an arborist and very knowledgeable about the trees. Recommended the services based on our need. The price is very reasonable among the bids I received. Crews did a good job and cleaned up the work site after completion. Highly recommended.

They were very professional, accommodating, and seemed to know what they were talking about. I went with them because of recommendation. They were as everyone so they were in the price range. The company we decided we wanted to go with seemed a little bit more professional and proposed some additional things for about the same price as the other company was just doing.

They were on time and finished on time. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We will be calling this company back to do the remainder of the trimming/pruning in December. After consulting 5 other tree companies, we found this company to be the only one who seemed concerned enough about the future health of the trees to wait until it was the best time of year.

I called Texscape Tree Services to give me a bid to remove a large tree that was long overdue. I was pleasantly surprised that the young man who showed up was actually a certified arborist. In addition to providing a very competitive price he took the time to educate us on some other things we might consider addressing with some other trees. The crew arrived on their scheduled day and methodically removed the tree. They were very cautious and treated our property with great care. When our budget allows we will certainly be calling the guys out to handle our other issues.

The tree actually looks younger with the pruning, instead of overgrown and droopy. The pruning was very well balanced, and the limbs are clear of the roof now aAnd now I can enter the hurricane season with confidence since the limbs on the tree are good solid ones that are not likely to fall onto the roof or other nearby structures or cars!
