It is absolutely excellent work. They go out of their way to be nice. I had to leave them with them while I did while I was doing some remodel work, and they happily kept them. They go out of their way to be nice. I have a houseful of quality antique rugs so it was very expensive. It was about $2.00 a square foot. I think they are cheaper than everybody else that I had talked to. Certainly cheaper than another SP, and they did a much better professional job than SP. These people, top of the line. Quality of their work is perfection. They even fixed the trim on the rugs. They repaired a damaged area, informed me of it when I went it. It had been wet.and they could do this and this. They were very professional about it. I appreciated that. They gave me an option of what I could do with it. So that it wasn't some scam job. To save the rug, these 3 things can be done. Very nice. Call them and you can take them in. If they tell you they will have them ready in a week, they will be ready.They call you when they are ready. ?I've been using them for 15 years. I've bought rugs from them. They are proud of what they do. They are a family business. Their reputation means everything to them. They live up to it. When they have a reputation in their community, it's important to them.
