 + 0 moreCame on time and finished as promised. The cleanup was not the greatest and they had to redo some of the grout but they responded and did the touchup needed.

Description of Work: We had Texas Countertops and Design install silstone counters at our house. After intially contacting them they came right out, measured and setup an install date. They installed the counters but did not consider the walls were 100% straight. When the installation was complete there was a gap between the wall and counter of more than 1" in some places. The guy who measured was not on site during the installation. When he saw it he played it off like it was my fault the wall wasn't straight rather than accepting the fact he messed up the measurement. The solution was to cut a filler piece between the wall and the counter to fill the gap but now we have another seam. In the end the counters are gorgeous but we had to thicken our backsplash to cover the gap left. The price was fantastic but you'll get what you pay for, with so many other companies to choose from spend the little extra $$ and avoid the headache.

 + -1 moreThe cut was beautiful, they did a great job but they were messy and left debris all over my deck. I told him that if they do that again I will not recommend them.
