Terminix - Houston -Termite & Pest Control

They come out every quarter.  They are very prompt; they give me a fairly short window but for me they are very much on time.

It is just a standard fee; they don't charge me for coming out. It is a policy that goes throughout the year at one fee. I haven't really had them kill any termites, but the program seems pretty good and the inspections that they do are pretty thorough. They haven’t really had to do anything, except for their inspections. I am really not sure on grading the price, I just went with it because I am getting ready to sell my house and I wanted their backing, I don’t have a competitive bid.  The quality of service has been fine; all they have done are inspections and they have been very good.

They were easy to deal with. I think their customer service is average, wasn’t blown away but it wasn’t bad. I thought the service that they did was good and they were very responsive. I don’t know about their price if it was good or bad, it’s about what I expected.

It was a very pleasant expereince.  The technician that did the initial pest control was amazing - very friendly and thorough- inspired total confidence.  When the termite technician arrived and relaized that we needed treatment, he arranged for the service withnin a number of hours.  They did the treatment, and cleaned up after themselves.  It was a good expereince, and I have peace of mind.  They were very professional and took time to answer all of my questions.

Their professionalism stands out to me.  I spent a little over $100 on the last service.  I will continue to use them in the future.

They were on time and called ahead of time to let me know they are coming. They always give a 30 minute call ahead of their visit. They seemed very thorough. They were looking every where even places I would not have thought of. They took their time. They were not rush in or out. If I had any questions they would answer  them. He told me to feel free to call with any questions after they left. I did not feel like they were in a big hurry to go the next appointment.

They come out every quarter. They don't usually come inside. I did have a problem with some kind of rodent. We didn't know what they were, we think they were mice. They had to come out about twice, to take care of them. They showed me the openings that needed to be closed because of that. They are very thorough. They do the termite inspection as well. They give you a certificate, in case you sell your house, as well. They did everything they said they would do. They are polite. Every time I have dealt with them, they were always very nice. I haven't used anyone else, so I don't know how the price compares. I would think that it is about what most people charge, but I'm not positive. I think that the work they do is high quality. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for a long time.  Their service has been good for me.

I would tell people that they provide reliable service.  I don't know about the price because my husband pays for it.       

They bought the company that we originally contracted with.  Their service is acceptable.  They treat everything, but they don't necessarily have the time to deal with all of your problems.

They give certificate for termite protection. They give me a little kit and if anything is required, I can use the little kit inside the house. I haven’t since anything inside my house ever since they started. I don’t have any complaints against them. They have done a satisfactory work. I would give them a satisfactory rating. They are on time. If I have a problem, they come right back without any charge. I’m not unhappy with them. I would use them in the future.

We have a monthly plan with them. We have had no termite issues or any service issues ever since they came.

They are good. I don't have a pest problem. They are pretty good and flexible. You can go online to schedule a appointment with them.

They come when they say they are going to, and the people they send are nice.

I haven't had any more bugs since they started their spraying. They're really professional and good at what they do.

They have a strong reputation.  They are quick.  I'm not here when they come, so I don't really interact with them.  When I have interacted with them, they have been nice people.

We have very small children, so they didn't spray that much on the inside.  We were happy with them.  They were on time, and professional.  I would use them again if we needed to

They come out quarterly. I know it gets done. I know I don't have to be there. They send me an email when they are scheduled to come. They leave a notice of everything they have done and what chemicals they have used. I pay them once a year, and I know that it will be taken care of all year.

They sprayed outside and they take care of the problem.  Their price is in line with the others and their punctuality is pretty good.

I remember that they were very expensive.  They showed up and did what we required them to do, and then they left.  I don't have anything bad to say about them.

They do the job right. We are on a contract with them. Our overall experience with them has been good.

I have been using them for ten years. They do a good job. I have never had a problem with them. I have not priced anyone else because I am happy with the work they do.

I haven't shopped around much for costs, but they are a little on the pricey side but they seem a very responsive.  They are very thorough and they come in with their "bunny suits" and they are really mindful of making sure that they don't mess up the house, they are very polite and very clean. 

I was pretty impressed when we first had them out.  They have a very knowledgeable staff also.  The only deterrent is that I do think they are on the pricier side than the other people we were looking at.  They were $30 to $40, and these guys are $75.00 a quarter. 

I think they come out once a quarter, but you can schedule as many times as you want if you have a problem.
