Initial setup of traps and closing entry ways - completed on '16th of January 2025' Initial supervision of work done immediately after the above set up - Not completed. Regular visits every 10 days thereafter to check the traps, remove rodents and disinfect - Not completed. Regular visits every month to check if there is any rodent activity - Not completed.

DO NOT recommend Terminix. They do not show up, they do not contact you, they will not give you good service. I would give zero stars if it would allow it. They have you sign a contract so they can screw you over and keep your money and not refund it, in spite of the fact that they give ZERO service. Absolutely a joke - they are worthless.

A terminix driver was in the neighborhood in August 2021 and backed into my mailbox, breaking it in half. They have been promising me for 3 months now that a contractor would be reaching out to me to fix it but I have heard NOTHING. The local manager came and took pictures immediately after I reported it. The driver admitted to causing the damage. But even with me calling in weekly, they have not managed to come and fix my mailbox. Irresponsible!

The company is a nightmare to work with and the customers satisfaction guarantees are a complete scam. Once you hire/fire them you can never get them to stop billing even for services they never perform.

It is routine maintenance. I would continue to use them. They maintenance the schedule. They are punctual, and the work appears to be high quality. If we need something between the routine maintenance calls they are very responsive.

We scheduled 4 separate appointments and the company was a no show on 4 separate occasions. They give you a window, so we took off work to wait and they did not show or call. The customer service rep said please be patient and re-schedule. So, we re-scheduled again and again and again and each of the 4 times, no show and no call!!! I have taken off work on 4 separate occasions and still haven't seen Terminix!! Needless to say, we will be cancelling our service!! Avoid this company...they don't care about their customers!!

They are kind of expensive, but they have a good reputation. The service has been provided over the last three months.

The service has been fine. They came out to put termite traps around. I don't have termites; it was a preventative type thing. They also sprayed the yard. 

I thought it was a little pricey. I thought I had carpenter ants, and they came out and didn't know what it was. Finally I got one person out after four people had come out and looked at it. We found out it was carpenter bees, which was really strange. 

They come on time. I signed on to use them for a year.

Originally they left trash all over but we cleaned up and moved on. Then water started leaking in around the walls and we noticed no water was actually going down the gutters. The product is a huge scam and terminex should honor their guarantee!!!

they gave me several options and prices. Procedure was done within a week. They have a great guarantee. But will only know how good it really is if used. The price was with a 5 yr extension.

Sales guy gave me great price but really messed up with scheduled delivery date. No one showed up and no one called to say they were not coming. When I called got the run around about weekend appt ( which was a feature I wanted and helped to convince me to go with Terminix). Unfortunately had to threaten to just cancel the entire service ... only then were they able to get me a weekend appt. What they did spray with is working ... so, after a bad start I am happy. Will see how it goes from here.

First of all, the sales rep didn't like that I used Angie's List to find Terminix. He acted as if AL is a competition and didn't want to honor the discount for AL members. After the inspection, I fixed a date the next week for applying the treatment. I was not home, but my mom was. The job included placing pods around the home, treating the patio and the hardi-plank in my backyard, treating the entrance, patio window sill and one of our closet . The tech that arrived worked only on putting the pods around the house and asked my mom to sign off saying that the work was done. He thought he could get away with an elderly woman who doesn't speak much English. She called me right away and put him on the phone. After probing him about the work that needs to be done, he didn't say a word and responded that he'll look into it! In short, Terminix salesman may give you a quote but the tech won't follow the same. Please read everything and check before you sign off!

I used Terminex for over10 years at two different homes. The regular service man who would come out was nice and helpful. But once I moved and was out of the service range of the original guy (Kevin). All the other service guys would try to upsale me or talk about some crazy personal issue.
i started to look for a new exterminator. When I called to cancel my service contract, the customer service rep didn't offer to try to keep me as a customer. I think their business is too big for them to give personal are to clients.
