They have a great service. I'm very satisfied.

I called early during the morning when we needed service--the people at Swiss Garage told me to bring it in. They were busy, but they found the time to look at our car. This helped us a lot. They came up with a suggested solution to the electrical problem later that day, and made the repair by the end of the next day. The repair worked perfectly. This was a tricky problem with an older-model car, and it was not too easy to find parts. We greatly appreciate the help we received from Swiss Garage. We will definitely use them in the future.

This is just a wonderful place- - they are so honest and fair always. In this case I was having problems with the transmission and seriously thought it was going out, but they showed me that it was just the 4WD controller acting up - by changing a setting on that, the problem disappeared. They've done this before - but many shops would figure out a way to charge you, maybe a lot, when you really didn't need anything.

Took my 2001 Toyota Sequoia to Swiss Garage for installation of new upper and lower ball joints. They did a nice job and performed the work on time and on budget. Their hourly labor rate is higher than that of other local shops I've dealt with, but they are very professional and I plan to use them for additional work in the future.

My battery recently died and I tired to replace it myself but the terminal screw got corroded from the battery acid.
Seeing that I was able to unscrew and lossen the terminal to detached and put in my new battery I had previsouly purchased, I was lost as to what I could do without causing damage.
I called the shop and told them my issue and they told me they would fix what they could but they needed to see it just in case.
I took it in that morning and had them look at it. They said that the terminal was attached to a line that did not give them much space to fix it. They were very informative about how they have seen this design and how inconvenient is is for fixing. They told me in a very understanding matter how they would try to do their best to fix it but they would let me know if it was not possible.
I left my car and the employee said to leave it here for him to attempt to fix the car and if it was fixed he would call me.
I left for lunch and after an hour they called me expressing they had managed to fix the issue and installed my previously purchased battery.
They gave me complete details on what they did and what to watch out for, since they only true way to fix would be to order a new piece to install. What I liked it that they still fix my car which allowed me to drive and told me what I can do in the future if I wanted to permanently resolve the issue. Many shops would not try to just fix a problem unless they did it one method which could cost more. I liked how they still helped me out to the best they could and on the same day.
The staff at this shop are all very pleasant down to earth and understanding. They help you how ever they can and explain what they can, will, and how things are done if they perform a service.
I am never a fan of auto shops because they make you feel like they might take advantage of any situation but I felt that they took care of me so well that I had to write this review.
Also my co-workers who dropped me off and saw the whole service walkthrough explained, and notice the level of servie, that they want to also visit this shop. Especially since it is very close to our office.

We get our cars done there. We take our car there for everything. I want to give them a grade which is higher than an A. We will absolutely use them in the future.

I have moved out of Houston to Galveston County so I haven't been more frequently but my mom and brother still take their cars there for service. I have always appreciated their honesty and courtesy. Our family completely trusts them for most car service. The only negatives are they have so much business and the parking is limited. Also they don't do wheel alignments (although they will recommend shops nearyby who do perform that type of work).

They have been around for a long time. They are very nice and I find them to be very honest. I have never had an impression that they make me do things that are not necessary. I would use them again in the future.
