The project was bigger than they estimated but he thought he could do it. After 23 days, they had only been there for 4 hours. If they bothered to answer the phone they always had excuses. Most of the time, they didn't even answer the phone.

They were supposed to patch my cracked sub-floor and install carpet.

This job was done very poorly. There is glue all over the room and scratches on the new floor. There is substantial damage to the baseboards. On top of all that, the floor is not level as it should be. I contracted this job through Home Depot, who hired Sunset Floors. It has been four months since I have seen anyone from this job. They have refused to return and repair what has been damaged.
