Low freon found to be the problem. Their prices were very fair and the service was excellent. They care about their customers and not just about how big you bill will be. He took the time to explain why I was low on freon, did not push an unnecessary repair or replacement. Very friendly and professional. They are my go to company for all AC related issues from now on.

I have had a couple of other people come out and I explained the problem to them and they said they fixed it, and a couple of days later it was doing it again. Strong Tower came out the day I called them and fix it. They were very responsive and the phone number listed is the owner’s cell phone number; so when you call, he picks up. It’s awesome that you get to talk to him and then he’ll let you know when they’ll be able to come out. I requested that they text me; so we were just texting back and forth, and he was so easy to get in touch with. Whenever I would ask him a question, he would get right back with me. He sent his brother out to work on my unit and I explained to them what was going on, what has been fixed and what was still happening. They opened up the unit and they knew immediately what was wrong. They were able to fix the problem and it was a great experience.
