I had a family of raccoons in my attic - they didn't mind adjusting their time to work around the raccoon catching.  They are super.  Nathan Broofield was excellent.

Can't say enough good things about Strata Roofing and the owner, Brian Meyer. Of all the roofers stopping by to solicit work, Brian made the most favorable impression. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, knew my insurance adjuster, and did zero pressuring. The brochure he left contain information on his insurance coverage, materials to be used, warranties, and letters of recommendation.
Brian stayed in touch with me and the adjuster through the whole process, which was about as painless as I have ever experienced. They spent two hours inspecting my property, and a repair price was determined and approved before the adjuster left. Kudos to Farmer's, because I received a check the following day!
The work was scheduled for Thursday of the following week. Because it rained Thursday morning, the job was pushed to Friday. Brian contact me by phone and email to let me know. The crew arrived Friday around 8:30, and by 5:00 they were done, packed up, and ready to leave.
A supervisor stayed the entire time, they all wore Strata shirts, and everyone I dealt with spoke English. (Very important when you're asking questions or need information!) Lightweight plastic tarps were placed around the house and over the flower beds to catch nails and any stray roofing materials. It was all taken up afterward, and a magnet was used to pick up any stray nails. 
Because I've had bad experiences with other roofing companies, I provided a porta-potty for the crew (about $85 for a week's use). If one had not been available, Strata's policy is to take the crew to a gas station or other public bathroom at least twice per day. (Having the potty here sped things up a bit, because it's a 6 mile drive into town!)
The vinyl siding repairs were performed the following day, and I was just as impressed. There were no problems, everything looks great, and the repairman left the unused material. Because siding manufacturers go out of business often, we won't have to worry about finding matching vinyl down the road. 
The bottom line... I've never worked with a better roofing company, and wouldn't hesitate to use Strata again, or to recommend them to family and friends. Brian and his crews are top notch.
PS: Brian did not ask for money up front: payment was made when the job was done!

We went with another company but only because they were the first company we received a bid from, otherwise we would have hired Strata.

It went well. The crews seemed to be consistent. He was very responsive. The contact person was on site with the crew at all times. They did not use nail guns and that was why we chose to go with them. They replaced a lot of the roofs in our neighborhood.

It was a good experience.  They did exactly what they said they were going to do.  The guy did some extra work and didn't charge me for it.

We have a new condo that has had repeated issues with a leaking roof.  The buiding and original roofing company used (Rohe and Wright with Alvarez Roofing - stay away) have been nothing but unresponsive and worse yet, simply would patch holes. We finally gave up and just elected to have the roof replaced in its entirety. (small surface area as the unit is a four-story vertical townhome.)  Strata roofing was recommended to us by one of our inspectors.  They answered immediately and sent someone out that day to take a peak.  They were very thorough and explained the approach to the problem with attention to what we wanted vs needed.  All work was completed in two days with special care for cleaning up their work.  I was really impressed by the professionalism of the crew, particularly Nathan who was in charge and on-site throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston area.

Excellent job on the work performed. Everything went smoothly and clean-up was great. I have two kids that play in the back yard so clean-up was crucial and they didn't leave anything!

I own an older house in the Heights area and for about 5 years now, I've been needing a new roof, but just could never justify the expense. After a recent storm, a leak made its way through the addition on my house. Of course, I then knew it was time to move forward. I called three businesses and recieved quotes from all three. Strata was slightly higher than the other two, but I felt comfortable with their salesman, so I moved foward. They scheduled the start date a little over a week from my contract approval. They sent out a big team and got after it. During the contruction, it was a bit of a pain; but they were very good at cleaning up (even during mid project in the evenings). Some rain did delay the project slightly, but they were on point and were right back over as soon as it cleared. Besides the price being higher than some others, I have been impressed.
