They've been coming for years and years.

We've used them for years and they are really good. We had a ticking sound coming any time the heat came on. It was really weird, like morse code. It turns out it was a filter in our attic which was loose and it went through our intercom system. So they came out and fixed the issue. Everybody is very nice and very professional.

I chose them and I will go with them again. I like the service. I like the guy that they sent out here, although I can't remember his name. I would definitely call them again. They're very professional. He came out when he said he was going to and it was really fast. Even the price was good. Whatever it was, I know it was good. The guy was very knowledgeable.

We've used Sterling Mechanical for years. They are on time, honest, and friendly. My parents began using them in the early 1980s and I've used them for 15 years. When our heater went out just before Chirstmas, they cut us a great deal. And late last summer when our air conditioner went out, they gave us the quick fix but warned us that it might not make it through the next summer. This helped us prepare and save money. This is a family owned business. Joe is our rep and we just love him. We'll never use anyone else.

I've used Sterling Mechanical for years. After interviewing 3 companies for a new heater years ago I chose Sterling due to their professionalism. Family owned and operated. Quite honestly the best company I've ever used. I only wish all service companies were this up front and honest. They showed up on time or sooner and went right to work. I was told what parts needed to be replaced and why (I nodded like I had some clue what the part was for). Trevor saw my deer-in-the-headlight look and cut it down to a 5 second explanation that I understood. In, out and I was on with my life in no time. Robert is going to call me back about my duct work. I actually look forward to having those people over.

There were no surprises and no extras. Monthly Electric bills dropped by 55% in the summer months. Gas Heating bills reduced by 50%.

Ray and Robert Rincon are fabulous. They really care about their customers, their comfort and their air quality. They are very well-trained, professional, highly educated and responsible. We received a lot of good suggestions and advice on how to keep our air more free of dust and mold. Ray, Robert and their employees were always respectful in every way. They did their work with accuracy. They cleaned up completely after each part of the project. We are very grateful to them for our new a/c, one that we can depend on for years to come. We feel confident in their work and in the products that they sell and use. I wish I could think of more nice things to say, because we are so very blessed.

The mechanic came out and introduced himself. He was careful to listen to our description of the problem and then acted. He examined both outside and inside elements, checked out the airflows in all the rooms, and examined the system for weld integrity. He identified the problem and added one pound of freon, noting that if the system lost any more freon that a leak test would be in order. Since the units were outside, he carefully wore shoe covers to keep the inside neat and clean. Overall, a most pleasant experience, with the desired results in less than two hours.

We heard about them from somebody else. They come out three times, once in December, once in January and this past week. In December, our A/C unit went out and they came out and gave us an estimate and the original price for them to do an initial service call was $65. While they were here, they went through and explained everything down to anybody could understand it. They quoted us three different estimates how much it will cost just to replace a part, how much it will cost to replace the outdoor unit, and how much it will be to replace the entire thing. That way they gave us an option to figure out which one will fit in our budget.

Quickly and professionally. This is the fourth air conditioning system I have had installed in the various homes in which I owned, and this was by far the best overall experience.

They are very competent and good at what they do. They always give me good advice and do work for a fair price. We've had a long history using them and they take care of some of our family members as well. We trust them.

They stand behind their work and will come right out if there are any problems with the heating or air conditioning units. They are quick to return your phone calls. They have a great price for the work that they do.

I used Sterling to do many repairs on the old unit. When it finally went bad, I also had them put in a new one. They always take care of my problems right way. When installing the new a/c unit they took very good care of my home and the surroundings. The new unit runs great and is energy efficient. I got a great deal of confidence in Sterling and their work.
