State Farm Insurance

I've had very good experiences with State Farm & their agents until moving to Houston.  Everyone in this agent's office is very polite to a fault, but knew very little about insurance.  Each time I called I felt as though I was speaking to a new employee who had not yet been to training.  Each request required 2-3 follow-up calls to ensure things were properly done. There was a constant stream of mistakes or omissions. Having moved & turned in my leased vehicle, they forgot to cancel my coverage causing more hassle & frustration.  They had trouble figuring out how to cover expensive rings & watches requiring me to call another agent to get answers.  I once received a call wishing my wife a happy birthday...problem is, I've never been married, but this was something that did not surprise me.  In short, they just don't know their business.  Everyone in that office should be sent back to State Farm training.
