Overall, they did a fair to decent job cleaning. There were a few areas I had to point out for them to clean the first time they came, and although they seemed annoyed by my requests, they cleaned them nonetheless but still failed to put their and quot;heart into itand quot;. Also, I was told there would be an English speaker as a part of the crew and there wasn't . All spoke Spanish only and did not understand English in the least. When I tried to communicate with them they talked amongst themselves leaving me to feel extremely uncomfortable.
The second time they cleaned I was not present. I was satisfied with the job, but not happy. The first service had an additional charge for the first time, this I undrstand. The second time was the flat rate of approximately $110 for my 1,700 3/2, one story house. Not a bad price, I thought. My husband and I recently discussed changing our service from monthly to bi-weekly because of the constant build up of dust. I called to inquire the cost, and they gave me an outlandish estimate of $97.43 every two weeks. For the size of my house and the $10 difference in once-a-month costs, I think not. Especially since I am only and quot;satisfiedand quot; with their work.

They did a good job. On time, with no problems. If I needed a house keeper I would use them again.

They are decent for the price but not thorough and don't usually put things back in its place.

Great service, very professional. Four maids cleaned my house within 3 hours.

I told them that I had running around to do and to call me 30 minutes before they were done so that I could come back and lock the door. They ended up calling me and telling me they were done and I told them that I was on my way. When I got there, they were gone, the garage door was still up and the house was unlocked and unsecured. My bag of contractor trash bags were also gone. I called them and told them about the house been left unlocked andall I heard was silence on the phone. I told them that my contractor bags were missing and they said that the cleaning ladies thought that I wanted them thrown away so they took them. They said that they would bring them to my house and leave them on the doorstep but I am yet to see them. I was also told that it was going to be $70.00 but they charged me $72 and some change instead. They said there is a credit card fee but didn't tell me about it up front. I would not recommend this company to anyone even though the cleaning was good, not great, but just good.

They were very prompt; in fact they were early. They were very thorough. They had 4 or 5 people here and they worked very hard and got the house extremely clean. We were very pleased with them and we would use them again. It was a gift from my daughter. She had a 20 percent discount.

The service performed by 4 to 5 ladies took about 30 minutes for 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The service is well worth the price though the work is not always as good as I would do it myself.

They do an outstanding job. The house always looks wonderful. These people are never ever sad. They are always cheerful. If they cannot keep an appointment, they are still cheerful. I am never sad with anything. I feel very comfortable with them walking through my home. I will continue to use them for a long time. At least until the messiness slows down and I do the cleaning myself.
