Description of Work: SpaceMan communication was excellent. They showed up for estimates and installations at the times we agreed to. However the final product was not made from the material we were expecting it to be made of. We spoke to the rep we had been working with who put us in contact with the owner. The owner has bent over backwards to accomodate us and make sure we were satisfied and getting the product we expected to get. Since they do not offer the product we were expecting, they have given us full refund as well as even offering to bring in a carpenter to fix any wall marks that may have been caused during installation. They have worked around our schedule for removal of the item. Based on the overall experience, I would certainly do business with them in the future should I be looking for the type of products they do offer. The communication and resolution has been top notch. Unfortunately we were just looking for a different product.

Description of Work: Spaceman has done the closets in two high rise apartment homes. The quality of their product is excellent, and the system is very functional. They also building cabinets with drawers inside the closet. Specialty items like clothing rods, tie racks, etc. are very convenient. They analyze you clothes and design a system that will accommodate your clothes, # of shoes, etc. They show up on time, are are very neat. Good people, good company. Pricey however.
