Description of Work: DID NOT USE. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL; HOWEVER I WENT WITH A DIFFERENT ROOFER.

Description of Work: Replaced 7 vents on roof & put in 1 power vent & 1 solar vent . Replaced some damaged shingles & reworked a bad design on roof for better drainage.

Description of Work: The service was never performed. I tried so many times to get Southwestern Roofing to come out and give me a quote, but despite those numerous tries, they could not seem to get it together. We had used SW Roofing before on another project and they did an excellent job, so we wanted to use them again and we requested the same person. I finally wrote what I wanted in a letter to them so they could have a good handle on what we wanted, but still, no one ever came through. I finally found another company to do the work.

Description of Work: I called in early December to get someone to give me an estimate for replacing several shingles from the roof of my 3-story town home that were blown away by Hurricane Ike. I was told they were running a week behind on returning calls, due to the hurricane. I waited for 2 weeks, then called 2 other companies, but they didn't work on 3-story buildings. I called Southwestern again about a month later and the receptionist took a message and said she'd had a salesperson call me back. At about 4:45 that afternoon, I called again to see if they could give me a time frame on when he might call-today, tomorrow, etc. She gave me the cell phone of the salesperson and said I could reach him directly. I called and spoke to the salesperson, gave him a few details and he asked me if the insurance company had said I needed a complete roof replacement(They had not...just shingles replaced). He was apparently arriving at an appointment and asked me to call him after 7pm that night. I called him and he asked again about the roof replacement. I explained that it was 3 town homes together and that my neighbors had some shingles replaced, but that we hadn't planned on getting a new roof. He said he would try to get one of his people to come by either Sunday or Monday to have a look at it. That was this past week, and I haven't heard from them. I called them because the reports seemed to be positive overall, but I am very disappointed in their response and professionalism. I have since contacted a contractor(my neighbor across the street just had roof work done)who is coming out in the morning.

Description of Work: Called to set up an appt. for an estimate and told me they'd be there the next day. They ever showed and never called. I never heard from again.
