It went pretty well. They did a pretty good job. They had a very good price. They had three guys that came out and they cleaned up after themselves, there wasn't any big problems. They did have to replace the trim, which ended up being extra and they did everything very quickly.

I thought they were very good. Their pricing was very fast. They worked around the weather. I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well. I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, availability, and price. They did a good, thorough job, cleaned up well afterwards, and even charged less than the estimate! We'll be calling them again next time we need roofing work done.

We didn't even get any other quotes because we were so impressed! They really knew what they were doing with our drive. They did it right, I m sure it will last forever.

The work was excellent. The workers were very diligent and courteous and made sure that they didn't infringe on our neighbor's property.

Excellent technical support from Gene Russo with SW roofing. I had a lot a questions about flat roofs and did a lot of research on the web to make sure I understood all the options and the effectiveness of each option for a flat roof. I also spent a lot of time looking at houses and deciding what might look the best when replacing the wood shake shingles. Gene was very patient with my many phones calls wanting more explanations and pricing different options. I also got a lot of help from Mike Maltbie, CertainTeed rep in Houston. Once the decision was made, the SW Roofing crew (Ray was the supervisor) did a very good job at removing the old roof, removing the old shake shingles, installing new CertainTeed Grand Manor Shingles and installing new torch down roof. I also considered mop down roof and Durolast before deciding on the torch down. For the wood shake replacement I considered Hardi, Lamerite imitation shake, and a lot of different shingles (CertainTeed, ELK and GAF).

It went great, hard working guys, good price. Great company.

Despite hiccups, overall experience was very good.

Pest control service provider removed siding and roofing to remove bees. I called Southwestern and they came out that day to give and estimate and a couple of days later they did the repairs to my siding and roofing.

SW Roofing had done similar work for friends and relative before I had them bid on the repairs. They were not the lowest bidder, but I was familiar with the quality of work they did on other jobs. There was some delay in starting the project, but this was primarily due to weather more than anything. Once the job was started, they stuck with the schedule and completed in the quoted time frame. The salesman was knowledgeable as was the on site foreman who was very easy to work with, but was no pushover. The foreman stuck firmly to the scope of the project, but was flexible and did some additional work for reasonable $$. Hindsight being 20/20 I wish I had insisted on installing DuPont Tyvek but the materials SW used were much more superior to the 30yr old tar paper I had. Overall we were pleased with the work. The house looks great!!

Very well! They were very prompt in providing me with and estimate, and explained the work to be done. They came back and completed the ridge vents in one day and cleaned up. A half of a day or less was required to add the additional soffit vents. I was very pleased with work,clean up and pricing.

He came for an estimate two days after the 1st phone call. We took an appointment for 5 days later, but I called him to get the job done before the arrival of Erin. He came on Thursday instead of Saturday and I was really pleased. He changed the pipe where we told him to do it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. After my phone call, he came back immediately. He made a long research and finally fixed my problem.

The inspection went well. Some people in our neighborhood got new roofs because of hail damage. Gary went up on the roof and said ours was still good.

The overall performance was excellent.

The end result was satisfactory, although the company missed numerous scheduled appointments for providing estimates and performing the actual work. The reasons given ranged from "we are very busy" to "it rained too much and we are behind". The biggest frustration was receiving no communication that appointments would be missed. I placed numerous calls to determine when they would arrive after appointments were missed.

Southwestern Roofing had the best bid for the job. In fact they were almost one half of the highest bid we received. The work was done quickly and professionally. No complaints here. The bid was very detailed as well.

These were thoughtful kind men who came out to fix this terrible problem. They did excellent work for a fair price and I would recommend them to others.

The work crew arrived on time the first day and worked into the early evening of the first day; got a later start the next day and the third day had a couple more hours of work remaining to put on the ridge caps. For the most part they were very careful not to damage our shrubbery, but occasionally some shingles slipped off the roof and broke a branch or two.

We received five or six estimates and Southwestern Roofing was the best price. They did everything that the other companies, were offering to do. One thing I liked is they cleaned up after each and every day. It was a wise choice of roofers and we recommend them.

Work was done the following week and took two days. Crew was efficient, courteous, and did a good job. Final price was same as quoted.

The salesman never showed up for the appointment and when I spoke to him a few weeks later to ask him why he didn't show up, he said he was "real busy" and couldn't make it.

The price was significantly lower then others. The work was to my satisfaction.

They were here when they said they would be, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. I paid them after the work was completed. They also put on my roof several years ago and did an excellent job then.

Luis Flores met me at our appointed time and followed up on all of the work. The roofers were very professional, fast and did a great job. They finished the job ahead of schedule, cleaned up very well, and the work was inspected by Luis and I before I was invoiced. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.
