SMITH RV RENTALS

Unit was ready when they said it would be. Air conditioning problems were an issue in the Texas heat so I hope they get this one functioning correctly. Sewer connector was non functional but I was happily reimbursed when I purchased a new one. This was my first time renting a RV. After this experience, I will know more of what to look for and expect.

It was a great experience with this family business. They were very nice to deal with. The communication was through and the pricing was fair. The motorhome was parked out front for our arrival and ready to go. The tech walked us through the operation and demonstrated the features for us and told us what to look out for and gave us a few tips. They provided some black water tank treatments (2 packs) and a full tank of fuel, propane and fresh water. We brought everything else. When I rented, I informed them that this was our first time in an RV so we did get the most well used unit that I saw out there. :-) Even though there was some damage to the floor tile due to use, the unit was well maintained and clean and in good working order. We had no problems to speak of so I can't comment on the support services but due to the excellent service I received, I would think that it would be excellent as well. Drop off was very easy. We cleaned it out well and left the sewer and grey tank valves open as instructed. The process to drop off takes about 2 hours but you don't have to wait. They will email the bill at the end.

They were very easy to work with. Whenever we called with questions they were available and quick to answer. They did everything they said they would do and the motor home was in better shape than we had expected. We found a vehicle that large difficult to manage so we would not use that service again. But I would recommend them to anyone.
