After I made the purchase, he reached out to me to say that he was very busy and wouldn't be able to get to it right away. I let him know that after Christmas was fine. It's now after New Years and he has advised me to get a refund because he won't be able to get the job done.

They emailed for my phone number and then never contacted me. I sent it to them a second time, still no contact. I am requesting a refund.

He showed up a few days before to set up the appointment and then came when he said he would. He trimmed the trees and bushes and cleaned up and did a good job.

I purchased an offer and he did a great job. It took awhile to get the appointment scheduled but overall the quality of work was great.

Absolutely terrible response from this vendor. Not a single response from him after we purchased. I called him multiple times to arrange a time to review the work needed and he never showed up. I was so disappointed in the response I have asked Angies list for a refund. He never showed up to do any work.

Martinez arrived about 6:20pm, all cleaned up, no tools, no helper, and NO INTENTION of working. I asked him where his tools and helper were. He said he just wanted to see the work to be. After looking over the tree TRIMMING that I wanted to get done, he commented that he could not do that for the $69.00 I'd prepaid. But, I could pay more to get some of the work done. I told him I really just wanted him and an assistant to one total fair hour's work. Martinez said he would call me back in the morning to schedule the hour appointment. Next morning Martinez left me a message that he could schedule me in at the end of January or February. I think this is often referred to as the "old bait and switch" deal. I did not contact him back. I immediately attempted to telephone Angie's List to cancel the transaction. However, I was unable to find a proper phone number, so I email Angie's List, twice, to cancel the whole mess. They responded asking if I could find another deal on their site that would be agreeable to me. I said no thank you, as I had already canceled the deal with my credit card company.

Excellent. Came on time and worked for 7 hours even though quote was for 4 hours. Completed the job and it looks great!

I bought one of the "deals." They contacted me promptly, met with me as scheduled to look at the job, etc. Very professional. The day they did the work one of his helpers did not show up, so they stayed longer than we agreed (per the deal) to make sure I got the full value of what I had purchased. They cleaned up great, everything looks great. Very pleased. I will be calling them to do additional trees in the front of the house.

Very well. I havent had my trees done in about 2-3 years so there was a lot that needed to be cut and cleaned. Servando and his crew came in early one day and stayed until early evening. They came back for an additional 6 hours the next day to finish up. Great job and very friendly. Will be using his services again

They did a good job for me. They did exactly what I paid them to do. They were responsive. There were a few places further that I thought they might get. They did a fine job. It was good value so I was happy.

Servando Martinez and his two partners showed up on time and performed exceptional service, cleaned up branches left behind and took them away. Put in a full days work - Highly recommend them for servicing landscape and tree trimming.

Servando Martinez was friendly and very professional. Our trees look great! Servando has an eye for creating symmetry, and ensuring the trim keeps the tree healthy and balanced. We will definitely use his company again and highly recommend him!

What a wonderful job they did on my trees. They also cleaned my gutters while they were there and did a fine job of cleaning up after themselves.

HE argued about what he was going to do. He didn't want to do what was in the contract and wanted more money for the job. The deal stated 3 individuals and only two showed up.

The process was great, Cookie was very good at responding the guys who came and did the work were amazing. They had great personalities and did a fantastic job cleaning up the trees and the waste after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for tree service. I will be using them in the future. I have to say my massive tree they did looks amazing now and the yard looks a lot bigger. I had received quotes from 4 different vendors all wanted to charge more for a single tree than they did for two trees... as I said the work it perfect, exactly how I wanted the trees to be trimmed, not butchered.

Service was performed professionally. Provider contacted me by email, texts and telephone to keep me updated on when they would arrive at my house. They cleaned up their work area nicely and hauled away my tree limbs. This was a big tree that they took down without incident.

The provider let us know that he couldn't get all the work we requested done in one day which we expected. We had requested a written estimate before any work would be performed. We asked him several times for the estimate and he had an excuse every time and wanted to come out and give us the estimate when he started the work. We wanted the estimate before we agreed to have them do the work. He started to get aggressive and still would not provide the estimate so we decided we will get a refund for the Big Deal and not be working with this provider.

Servando first came by the property to see what the job would entail and scheduled the work for the following week. He was easily reachable via email or phone. He did an exceptional job and the end result looks fantastic. He clearly knows how to properly and safely trim large trees near buildings! He also has a good eye for aesthetics. You can see the front of my home from the street for the first time in nearly 10 years! He even asked if I wanted the large logs for firewood before hauling them away. He did a fantastic job and I have no problem recommending him to neighbors, friends and family. I will certainly look him up in a few years when it will be time to trim the trees again. Excellent provider.
