After you contacted us to refill empty holes, we explained that this is normal and it happens after the foundation is repaired and after it rains, so We had sent our team twice after the job was done to compact more dirt and to fix cracks that were in the concrete. We have proof of that through messages and pictures we’ve taken. Your only issue was that your electric circuit tripped when we were working there as you are claiming, but what you didn’t mention is that you contacted us after a month from the repair to claim thousands of dollars as a reimbursement. So after a month we can’t take responsibility for what you are claiming because our team finished the job without having any issue with electrical, and your circuit could have tripped because of many other reasons. And even though after a month, we still offered to give you $150 to replace the food that was lost out of a courtesy because we want to help our customers as much as possible."
