Their team took about five months to cleanup, repair, pack up, bring back and unpack. It should have taken maybe two months at most. In addition they took tons of pictures so they could return all my possessions back to their original locations. Then totally ignored the pictures. My clothes, tools, coats, everything is jammed into closets - the wrong closets all over the house. The same goes for all the drawers. We can't find anything. The side of the truck says something like ""just like it never happened"". That's a joke!! It's been particularly h****** my mother because she has Alzheimer's disease and the mess they left has confused her terribly. They left 75 boxes unpacked in the garage and I had to call and ask them to come back. That added about 5 weeks. It was horrible and not at all what I expected from this company.

We had flooding, contractor hired ServPro against our better judgment. We never signed anything with a dollar amount, only to allow them to start the job. We were told that when insurance paid, to pay them that amount and they would file any additional amounts with our insurance company if they felt it necessary. We really didn't want to hire them, but Contractor insisted on it, because of their initial behavior and the fact that they wouldn't do all of the work and we had to hire a second company to come in and complete the job. We paid them exactly what insurance paid. We didn't hear from them for 13 months, by mail, email, phone, text, carrier pigeon, then started receiving bills and threatening phone calls for additional amounts they claim we owed, including filing a lien against our home. If we had a balance due, why would a company wait 13 months to send a bill? I would never recommend this company to anyone.
