Responsive and fast - they had a crew there within the hour of when I called. The crew was friendly, professional, hard-working and did a terrific job. The telephone communications were easy and clear. This could not have gone better for me. They took so much stress off of my shoulders.

Do not go with this company, I have nothing but headache and trouble from the beginning. Servpro ruined hardwood floors and broke a window, they refused to fix what they broke. At the beginning before I signed with Servpro they were very professional and answered my calls, but after I signed the contract they did not do a good job. I am very dissatisfied with their work.

ServPro sent two guys over to my house on a Saturday at midnight when we noticed the sheetrock was buckling. They removed the damage and cleaned up every bit of the mess and set up there fans and were out of our house within an hour.

When the person taking the information found out we were the homeowners and know nothing about what needed to be done, their interest noticeably dropped.  The technician was a no show with no explaining call.

Servpro really stepped in after massive flood. They made everything easy and stress free. What could have been an overwhelming situation was made easier with great service!

The SERVPRO employee's that came to my house were without a doubt professional. The technicians Tony and Curtis showed up on time, cleaned the carpet and tile thoroughly throughout the house, and made it look brand new. The technicians were so helpful that the even helped me move some furniture around the house since I couldn't do so myself. I definitely will be having SERVPRO of Katy/Cypress come back to clean the carpets and tile again. I've already scheduled them to clean my HVAC system in the next week before this summer weather gets here and I'll be forced to use my AC.

I came home from work and I was exhausted. I opened the door all seemed fine. I went up stairs and my bathroom, bedroom carpets were soaked and flooded. It was a nightmare. I called my insurance agent and they told me to call servepro. In an hour and a half they were at my house. They not only fixed everything, but they left my house clean. They really seemed to care that I was happy. I know I didn't want to go near that mess but they charged at it like a bull. I just wanted to fill this review out to say thank you to them. They made my life easier.
